Breakfast was great. National dish should be included in buffet breakfast (ackee and saltfish) also there should be more fruit choices. Some fried dumplings at buffet would be great. More vegetarian choices should be available. Variety of nut milk was great.

Kitchenette should be equipped with utensils, why a kitchen that you can't use. A small pot, spoons knife etc should be provided.

Overall, my stay at the Courtleigh was very good. My mission was to stay a couple nights to put my sister in a Nursing Home, The family came and this was helpful. Everything from check in to check out was good. Excellent breakfast that had Jamaican as well as American foods. My sons loved it. The location was great and we were able to walk to almost everything. Taxis were available and we developed a relationship with McKenzie of JUTA, he is a very good person overall, I rate the stay excellent.

Didn't like that the fridge wasn't on.

Customer service was awesome. Rooms were very clean and tidy.

The parking was a little bit tight. I need to work on better parking spaces.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly in 2 different rooms #205 and #305

AC was comfortable, breakfast was great

I didn’t like that you have to pay for pots and utensils for cooking, maybe a refundable deposit is better.
