They went an extra mile to satisfy our needs

The room I was allocated to was very noisy and got food smells during breakfast time. Even though I was eventually moved, I was told it was the room I chose and I had to pay more. I had chosen a sea facing room not knowing that the room had the challenges I experienced. I was also told it only happens in the morning which basically suggested disregard for my need to rest and to sleep in. Breakfast was also limited because they prepared a standard dish.
