The apartments are in an ideal position for the Brittany ferry. There is a lovely area for walking which is an large managed inlet of the sea. The apartment is ok. The bed is a bit small. It was very warm and there is no air conditioning. There is a little bar which serve drinks, coffee snacks etc. there is lots of parking in garage or outside.
The complex is advertised for tourists but the staff did not speak any English at all which made communication difficult. Air conditioning would be useful.

Perfect! Location excellent for a stay over to visit Santander and/or getting the ferry. Extremely lovely and helpful reception staff, even accommodated our early check in with a smile - really felt he wanted to do all he could to help us enjoy our holiday. Thank you for this! The apartment was larger than expected, well equipped and very clean, and the beds were comfy. Super value for money. Woukd highly recommend!

These apartments ticked all the boxes with one exception. Location was great if you had a car, good parking and train station a lovely 10 minute walk away round the tidal pools. The apartment was well equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful. Heating was fine, once it came on but maybe non-Spanish guests don't realise it's controlled by a thermostat on a wall, not by the instructions left 're the boiler, I certainly didn't! Loved the balcony and it would have been nice if there'd been chairs out there to enjoy the view. Nice little bar underneath.
Under normal circumstances, the level of hygiene would have been suspect, but in these times, completely unacceptable! I didn't use the television because I couldn't bear to touch the grime encrusted remote. Also, it is not the job of outgoing guests to be responsible for the cleaning of kitchen utensils for incoming guests. This is mentioned in other reviews, this is the job of cleaning staff to make sure all items are sanitized for incoming guests. This was the case in the other 5 establishments I stayed at on this trip, and it's a shame this one, very important aspect let down my overall opinion of these apartments.

The large space, separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room. Great uPVC windows keeping sound out. Lovely private path to access the large beautiful lakes to walk around. Definitely stay again
