Apartment is very clean, owner very nice, help with anything,good locations, close to ski lifts, restaurants, shops. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice stay at Acero Rosso. The house is really beautiful in the walking area of Ponte di Legno. The studio was cosy and well equipped. Especially the owners are extremely friendly and help with any questions.

Very good location, right in the city center. Lovely staff, helpfull and kind.

No parking in the area (free parking 10 min walking) and poor internet (week signal and a bit slow).

I am a fluent Italian speaker so there was no language barrier between me and the host. He was a very demanding, rude and abusive host who breaches your privacy by entering the apartment without consent and for no apparent reason, he would move your belongings without telling you. The shower head and rail were Mouldy and I am allergic to it. Once we shared our concerns with booking.com, he was contacted and proceeded to shout and raise his voice to me and told us to leave asap. Working in the same industry and being a Luxury Holiday Accommodation Manager I was SPEECHLESS. It's also miss advertised as the location is quite far from ski lift and if you have all your gear on expect a 10/15 min walk and then another 20 min of Gondola to get to Passo Del Tonale. All in all this man ruined our holiday experience. We had to move around for the rest of our stay and were left feeling uncomfortable by the host. If you are coming to Passo Del Tonale to ski/snowboard, please book a hotel up the mountain and avoid this residence AT ALL COSTS!

Excelent place, perfect localization, very nice stuff and good value. The bed was the only thing which could be better.
