La ubicación, está cerca de diferentes establecimientos de comercio y de la catedral de sal, además fue de los pocos hoteles que nos ofrecieron dos camas dobles ya que eramos dos parejas, lo cual fue genial, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El personal es muy atento y está presto para cualquier cosa que necesites, las bebidas y alimentos que dejan en la habitación a muy buen precio.

Desde muy temprano se escuchan los huéspedes que madrugan, el ruido de la calle no se escucha pero el interno si, las ventanas son inzonorizadas pero por la puerta se escucha a las personas

small, familiar place right in the pedestrian area of town, a few minutes walking from the salt cathedral. nice people!

This is a really nice hotel right in the center of town, there's plenty of restaurants where you can buy thanks. The staff here is really nice and really kind and helpful. I can't tell you how nice they were I got a little bit sick while I was there and they kind of help me with finding medications and what not. The bed is super comfortable And the facilities are cleat all times. I was very impressed with this hotel and I highly recommended to other travelers. I want to add that you are able to walk everywhere including the entrance to the salt cathedral which is about 15 minutes walking. It's a really nice town to enjoy a couple of days.

I had a room in the front of the hotel facing the Main Street and it was noisy. The windows is held because they're double pane so they do keep a lot of noise out but I would recommend if you're noise sensitive to ask for a room in the back. Also the breakfast is very basic, And the coffee is so strong I couldn't even drink it but in general This is not a deal breaker and I would go back...

location and helpful staff

After the terrible place I stayed in Bogota, this hotel seemed like paradise! The bed was comfortable and everything was bright and clean. Breakfast was included. The shower was great. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was walking distance to the Salt Cathedral. The staff tried to help me figure out how to go to Villa de Leyva without returning to Bogota. The room price was reasonable. I was happy there, even though it was only for one night.

Nothing to complain about. I was satisfied.
