Everything was perfect. The room’s were very clean and the staff was very good. Also the food was very good. I feel very comfortable here and i enjoy so much. I will come again this will be my preferred place.

We have stayed multiple times at Rapos and as usual it never disappoints. High-quality service and attentive to details. Amazing staff and very clean rooms. The hotel has a private area in Potami beach and you get the umbrella and beach chairs for free. I love the beach restaurant serving the full menu as the main restaurant. And by the way their food is amazing. Cant wait to be back...

Bathroom and room very small, breakfast basic and all cold, they do not maintain temperature of thermos or food. The staff is not professionally trained, but very attentive and helpful. The reception desk lacks expertise in dealing with foreign guests.

The front desk staff was amazing. Always helpful and worried about us. They left us in the room a couple hours early and check-out just before our taxi came to pick us up for Tirana. The manager also took care of everything for our day trip to Gjipe Beach. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive and polite, and make sure we had a great experience at breakfast everyday. The hotel room was fully cleaned every single day and the cleanliness of the common areas was also amazing. Had an amazing time, thank you for everything.

The only thing to say is that the restaurant is overpriced compared with the prices of other restaurants in the area.

The garden and the pool are really nice - especially the pool is an outlier for such a hotel.

The room - furniture, facilities, etc, has seen better days in the past. The breakfast is ok - for the price I would have expected better service. Good coffee, espresso, cappuccino needs to be paid separately and they had no black tea.

Very small ROOM. It hard to find a place to put your suitcase. Very Small bathroom . Bad carpet. Uncomfortable bed

The pool area and grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. We also loved breakfast on the lovely terrace overlooking the pool. It was a short walk to the beach - where the sea was spotlessly clean. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

It’s a minor point but we would have liked a table on our balcony.

The food and service at the restaurant was amazing! Everyone loved the pool and again the service at the pool bar was very good. The proximity to the beach was excellent and the beach bar restaurant was again, lovely! All the staff at the hotel and beach were very accommodating and friendly. I was also particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was maintained daily.

This is probably me just be lazy but I would have liked a breakfast room service option!

I liked that the hotel was kept clean, the garden and the swimming pool area. All the facilities by the pool were excellent. Plenty of space to lounge by the pool. The room was kept clean, the view was pretty, the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved the private beach area - of course overpriced drinks, but they always made sure to accommodate our needs there. Beautiful beach with plenty sunlounges.

The room was kept clean but needs a general update. There were bleach marks all over the carpet. Does not fit the 4 star standards...more like a three star. On the very first day the shower and basin were blocked. There are no facilities to make coffee, not even a complimentary water. The dining area and the pool bar was very pretty and well kept. But, we decided to go an eat outside as their dining prices were double, for the same quality of food you get in any of the restaurants by the beach. In addition, there wasn't any flexibility to cater for vegans. We had to purchase our own milk, peanut butter and alternative food to have for breakfast. There is a general attitude that 'we don't have to cater for people with different eating lifestyles'. Most members of staff were polite - but there were few incidents, for example I was told that i should have not taken this sunbed because it is booked for another guest and that guest can book the sunbeds in advance. After i queried this with the management It turned out that this is not a general hotel policy. The person who told me that was made to come and apologise. This made me feel uncomfortable as a guest. Or in another instance when one member of staff came to close our parasol exposing us to the sun, without explaining the reason why they are doing it. So, need some customer relations training to fit the brand they present.

As overall the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and the view is wonderful. Very kind staff and the hotel manger is very helpful and professional. The pool is amazing and the beach as well.
