the staff is helpful and professional
The room wasn't good, the TV wasn't plugged in or connected, and I had a problem with the sink, and it was no hot water in the room. I couldn't take a shower, plus the room had only one light bulb working it was dark

The property was not what it advertised to be as a full star hotel with a spa. There was no spa in the hotel. The swimming pool was out of order. Unfortunately I was very disappointed

Both receptionists that I encountered were so service-minded compared to many places I have stayed.. it was really amazing..
Security guards looked like bouncers on a night club, uniforms/dress code would be better

The location is very good. It is very personal but depends where you want to stay. I did not like the medina so I moved to the new city and the hotel is well located.

The location was very good-a short taxi journey from the Medina.The room was very large,clean and was serviced daily.Staff were friendly-I want to mention Mohammed in particular.Sleep quality was excellent.
The swimming pool was closed for the duration of my stay due to renovations.This was a disappointment.When I arrived some renovation work was in progress in the reception area.

it was really clean and the shower was really good (pressure and hot water - it seems obvious but not in Morocco)

nice hotel in the new city, spacious and clean rooms. unfortunately the pool was undergoing refurbishment at the time which was disappointing as it was a key reason we booked. staff were lovely and very helpful.

The reception staff are very nice and friendly. The view from the top floor (the swimming pool) is amaaazing.
The hotel is in the city center which makes is easier to go for a walk or a restaurant without having to get a cab

I liked how spacious the rooms were. There was a nice balcony in our room with a lovely view. The staff were very friendly, on very short notice, they were able to get a tour guide for us.
The pool was closed which was a shame. Only got told about it a couple of days before hand.
