It was at a good location, close to the city of Rhodes, and the beach was just a few hundred meters away. The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful, and the evening programmes for the kids were good. The pools were nice and cold. They changed the bedsheets and towels every 2-3 days. We could stay in the hotel and use the pool as well after checking-out.

The room we stayed in was bad, the bathroom stank like sewers which we could smell in the beds, and we couldn’t get rid of the smell. The bathrooms were terrible, small and the toilet was basically unusable. The other toilets near the hotel lobby were bad as well, no toilet paper, no handwash, no hand towels. The breakfasts were good, but the dinners were really poor considering the price. There were foods that were the same for three days!! The menu offerings were poor, usually there was 1-2 main dishes, and the others were plain basic salads. There were days, when there was only one lactose free dish. At dinner they charge you for drinks, roughly 1dl of fruit juice is 2€! It was a very unpleasant experience, never again!

The pool was nice, not busy and people didn’t reserve sun beds.

Advertised as free wifi: this didn’t work so they gave us free ‘paid’ passwords, but if you didn’t use them for 5 minutes, it would log you out ! The room was TINY and dark. Exposed electrics.

j’ai été déçu que certaines chambres aient une terrasse donnant sur les entrées des autres chambres et sur une cour intérieure sans verdure. De plus, ma chambre ne correspondait pas totalement aux commodités indiquées lors de la réservation. Par exemple, la bouilloire n’était pas présente et il n’y avait qu’une seule prise disponible pour la télévision et le frigo, ce qui nécessitait de jongler entre les appareils et Terrasse avec vue sur le jardin inexistant.

Es war ein schönes Zimmer mit griechischem Flair und überdachtem Balkon - sogar mit Meerblick. Parken ist unkompliziert und kostenlos, auch eine Bushaltestelle und diverse Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Frühstück und Abendessen unserer Halbpension waren weit besser als erwartet, das Personal ausnehmend freundlich.

Die stets größer werdende Lücke zwischen den Matratzen. Dem Bad würde eine Renovierung gut tun.

Very helpful and nice staff. Even though we had some issues coming on time due to cancelled flight and was a non- refundable reservation, they kept it for us and made us feel important and did everything to have a wonderful vacation. Staff always ready to help with smile on their faces, cleaning the room every single day, and the Moldavian Lady from reception was always there to help us with an advice. Would definitely recommend it to other people as well.

Big area and garden plus two pools make you enjoy the time in the hotel premises. Staff are very friendly and it is great to find such a family business in the area. Convenient supermarket and a taverna belong to the complex. My kids loved the playground of the taverna! They could play safely while waiting for the food. Rooms are quiet and calm for sleeping. Bus stop and pharmacy are at the corner. Rhodos town, Kallithea springs and Faliraki Water Park are all in a 10 minute bus ride.

Hotel mostly accommodates Slavic tourists with various attitudes. I hate soft beds but this was so hard that got me a painful neiritis for the whole week and I could hardly enjoy any physical activity for most of my stay. Food is tasty and a lot but Taverna Caldera (of the hotel) offers much better food.
