We stayed for a week in this unit with our 2 teenage daughters, and the size and set up could not have been more perfect. This well appointed condo came with a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry with basic spices on hand, and a comfortable family room that leads to an enormous deck. Many evenings were spent lounging or enjoying a quiet dinner on the patio. The bathrooms were also fully stocked with toiletries, and shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower. The location of the unit is superb as well. It's convenient being only one floor up and not having to wait for any elevators. It also gave us easy access to the pool, the market, and adjacent properties if needed. We enjoyed the 20 beach walk to restaurants or a 5 minute cab into town (easily walkable along the street as well). The resort staff were all very attentive as well! Overall, this unit was wonderful, and we look forward to coming back here on our next vacation in Cabo!

Beautiful property and unit. Even better than the pictures. Tons of space, and everything you need in unit for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the toiletries, pantry items, and various puzzles/games available. The kids were thrilled to find some beach/pool toys in the closet. In-room laundry (with detergent already stocked) was great as well. The outdoor balcony is HUGE with plenty of seating and loungers for napping. We will definitely return. Thank you!

This is the most perfect Villa. The view is spectacular and the balcony is well furnished. The beds were super comfortable and the place is very clean and well stocked. We are looking forward to our next visit!

This place was incredible! Service was 5 stars during our entire stay. We walked to the beach on our last day to watch the sunrise and it was so beautiful. Downtown Cabo was so close and easy access to medano beach. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Cabo and would def stay here again myself.

Highly recommend this resort and the 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Villa we stayed in. Great view of Bay of Cortez from the expansive porch from the center of the resort. James was very responsive and sent over his property manager to resolve issues with the coffee maker and toaster on the first day! This is the second time we have stayed here and will surely book again in the future.

Fantastic place on Medano Beach. We spent most days on the beach side loungers and enjoyed playing in the ocean and sipping cocktails. Just a short walk away on the beach are a few restaurants as well as any water sports you are interested in. The room itself was incredibly spacious with big comfortable beds and bathrooms. The patio was huge and we enjoyed sitting out here most nights. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer as well as detergent/shampoo/conditioner/body wash for us to use. We highly recommend this property and would definitely book this again.

We loved everything about the Villa at La Estancia. The Villa is beautiful and the deck area is amazing with the furniture and the view! Everything is so clean. There are a lot of extras as described. The swimming pool with the swim up bar was nice. The beach is also very clean. The location is perfect! I loved the spa and my husband enjoyed the gym. James had a lot of information to get us started. He was quick to answer all of our questions prior to our stay and also during our stay. I would definitely recommend this Villa and resort. I will say this is one of our top vacations and we will be going back!

VRBO host always texted me right back when I had questions. Suite had spectacular view of ocean and arch. Suite was larger and nicer than appeared in photos. Whole family could've slept on the balcony alone it was so big. And great having the bedrooms separated by the living room. Wonderful service at the resort, too.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the unit, better than described. Well equipped and the perfect layout for two couples Would highly recommend!

This is our second time at the Villa La Estancia and at this specific property/condo. We were so pleased with the experience last time we came back a second time for our annual trip. The place is spotless with everything you could possibly need (above and beyond what most owners provide) including full-size bath amenities, washing soap, beach toys, a well-equipped kitchen, etc. The location is stunning, we used all amenities (the gym, steam rooms, etc.), and the service/communication was outstanding from the resort staff as well as the owner. We choose to cook in quite a bit and/or walk or uber into town. While the restaurants at the resort are nice, they are expensive so we used our money more for in-town dining experiences. I am sure we will be rebooking again next year. I have been coming to Cabo since I was a kid and this by far is one of the best places I have stayed.

Our villa was as advertised. James was great to deal with . The villa was beautiful and totally met our needs. Loved the balcony and the full furnishings on it. Definitely coming back!

Have never been more pleased with a vacation stay. James' unit is spacious, sparklingly clean, well-stocked and in the perfect location. Everything in the VRBO post is accurate. James is very prompt and thorough in his responses. Can't wait to return!

This property is incredible. Service is amazing, friendly and very attentive. Beautiful pool and lovely beach (despite all the vendors and their incessant peddling). Food is decent and SHOCKINGLY overpriced. And I mean SHOCKINGLY. Bella California was our favorite of the 5-ish restaurants in the complex. Our best meals were in town, which we took short cab rides to. Las Guacamayas is a great place to check out. If we came back for a special occasion, we would definitely stock up at Costco and limit our meals and drinks out.

We had an exceptional stay! The spacious villa was outstanding in all ways possible and the location could not be beat. We lounged by the pool and the ocean and took advantage of the many dining options available at the property or just a short walk to town via the beach or the town road. The market and pharmacy on site were also a plus to stock up on snacks etc. If we stayed longer we would have utilized the fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay at this beautiful villa!

First of all the property is beautiful and immaculate. We felt like we were at home in our suite. The location is perfect. Stunning view of the ocean and Los Arcos. Staff was exceptional. Variety of restaurants with excellent food. Every meal was perfect. Concierge was very helpful. We had absolutely no problems. Would definitely recommend to all my friends. Will definitely return.

My family has been taking summer vacations for the past 20 years all over the world and this property may have been the best one we ever stayed in. The patio was huge and provided a great view of the pool, the Sea of Cortez, and the famous Land's End rock formations. You could relax there day or night, as it never got direct sun. The condo was also modern and well equipped, with coffee maker (both regular brew and k-cups), refrigerator that provided filtered water, and every utensil, dish and glassware you will need. The location was perfect. It was only a few steps to the swimmable Medano Beach. The town of Cabo San Lucas and the marina was about a 30-minute walk. If you don't want to walk, cabs are easily available back and forth at about $10 each way. Just prepare for that with cash (they take both US$ and Pesos). The condo comes equipped with a nice kitchen and patio grill if you want to cook. We found it a challenge to get groceries and do that, so we ate out every day, although there was a Walmart fairly close by but you'd have to have the cab wait for you while you shop. There was lots to do in Cabo as far as activities and excursions and La Estancia was a perfect location to do any of them. I highly recommend this villa and Cabo. We would definitely stay here again when we go back.

This condo is exactly as presented. Everything was perfect. Housekeeping was wonderful. Restaurants and bars were prompt and tasty. Prices were reasonable. A great time had by all.

We LOVED our stay here! The villa has everything you could possibly need and the view is incredible! The huge patio is the perfect place to relax and take it all in.

This place was amazing. As many other reviews indicated, the property and owner have thought of everything. The convenience of the grocery store and all the food is perfect. We were traveling with two kids (2 and 5) and spent all our time at the awesome pool and on the beach and swimming in the ocean. This property is so so quiet which was awesome for sleeping with the doors open. The agave t property had night entertainment which was awesome super fun to pop over and watch but then retreat back to our quiet spot for bedtime. The staff take so much pride in keeping the property so clean and are incredibly kind and warm. Lovely vacation place. We will be back!
