the location and parking is good

the room is basic

The architecture from the outside looks very nice, The sound of the river is pleasant, and it is well located near the AU bus station. The restaurant was cool. Good food and reasonable price by far.

The service. The booking was for 2 people and the room didn't have enough towels nor items like soap, shampoo. The shower is too old, so not enough water pressure. The remote didn't work, had to ask for a replacement. Not sure, but at some point it was stated that paying by credit card would attract an extra % fee, which according to CONDUSEF, as far as I know, it is not legal.

The location is excellent for the river walk to the cable car, and the town centre. The beds are really comfy and room was clean. There is Free parking too and freindy staff. A great budget hotel in a safe and convenient area.

Its noisey because there are zoo animals right next to hotel on the river. I didn't mind this really but it will annoy some people when trying to sleep. I recommend using earplugs then its no problem.

The price was cheaper at the location than on Booking!

Lovely, beautiful building with nice balconies. Few blocks from the Zocalo. Peaceful and quiet. Sound of the river nearby was nice.

The friendly helpful staff were greatly appreciated. The hotel is in a beautiful city with many attractions. These are listed in a binder at the front desk.
