The furniture was the same, just much older and dirtier. The lanai had holes in the screen causing us to get eaten alive, there was black mold growing on the paint just below the sliding glass doors, and the paint on the floor of the lanai was bubbling up in certain areas and flaked off in others. Lastly, we couldn't get in the room until well after our check in time because the cleaners took over two hours to complete the cleaning from the previous tennants.

The bathtub had a ring of dirt around it. Also the toilet. There was sand on our couch. The fridge had a broken shelf that was taken out and a broken drawer. the oven was dirty inside and the baking trays weren't cleaned. Paint peeling off our door. I have pics of everything. The office lady said she couldn't do anything and we had to call a 1800 number. We will not be back.

We will definitely come back and the only recommendation I have is for 2 of the beds to be updated or replaced please and those are the twin bed in the second room and the sofa bed , as they were not as comfortable.Thank you so much for great memories

This is the third annual beach trip for me and 3 of my girlfriends. Best set up we have seen. Less than 100 steps to a beach that is surrounded by private residences resulting in this property pretty much having a long stretch of beach to itself. NICE, sturdy lounge chairs are kept on the beach - no dragging them between your unit and the beach. Unit is small, but slept 4 of us easily. Full kitchen - pretty well-equipped. Pool are was nice - very clean - gas grills available for use. Office offers beach umbrellas for use at no charge. Wagons are available for unpacking/packing your vehicle. Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent vacation. Wonderful site and condo. Website said housekeeping daily but they do not offer that anymore. Kitchen utensils and plates sparce. Had 7 in our party only 5 plates.

This unit had everything a family could need for a stay in the most wonderful part of the island. Amazing views, centrally located, quiet resort. Would definitely go back!

We were disappointed that the area was experiencing a red tide when we were there. We were looking forward to long walks on the beach, but mother nature prevented us from doing that. There were dead fish all over the beach and the smell of the fish and the red tide seemed unbearable at times. Of course, the owners/managers were not able to control this. We were still able to enjoy the area despite the beach conditions and odors being less than ideal. The property provided most everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and enough starter supplies (TP, paper towels, coffee filters, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, and lotion). Renters need to supply ALL their own pantry items, including salt/pepper. The king-size bed was very firm. The living room furniture is "tired," but it was sufficient for our short stay. There are enough dishes for 4-6 people. Although the property isn't in perfect condition, the cleanliness was satisfactory. There are lots of good restaurants in the area. There are also ssome areas for shopping. The best part of staying here is that it is peaceful and not crowded. We hope to return sometime when there is not a red tide.

This property is like a hidden gem, with gorgeous views and the small screened in lanai worked out great for us. Literally on the beach! The pool area was nice, and overall the condos were very quiet (but no one was staying above us during our stay, which is possible). The property manager was excellent, and willing to assist with any request (we had plenty of towels, soap, paper towels & toilet paper, which was a pleasant surprise). I would definitely recommend this place, and stay again if in the area. If you want to walk everywhere, this isn't a good choice, but a nice town center is a few miles down the road. The property is older, but it's well maintained. If I were to recommend anything, it would be to enhance the washer/dryer units. They are okay, but are showing some wear. We stayed several places while in FL and this one was our favorite!

Lovely property in an excellent position for beach and pool. Kids had a great time. Any problems were sorted quickly - the toaster didn’t work and was replaced immediately. I would have liked more plates as had to wash up rather than use the dishwasher being a family of 6.

The resort was awesome ! The beach is beautiful Our unit was clean and comfortable .. the sofa is beat and needs replacing, the cushions I. The only chair in the living room were badly stained and was the little foot stool … we did not use the sleeper sofa because it was In Such bad shape .. we made do with the two twins and one king bed… it made it a little uncomfortable for the adults who had to sleep with children … a few minor upgrades are definitely needed …

This time we found the couch uncomfortable and the cushions on the rattan chair was stained and dirty. The beds were so hard, we dreaded going to bed! A completely different experience that last time we stayed which was two years ago. The place was clean and the small bathroom had great updates. The kitchen had updated appliances which were nice but the supply of dishes were pretty scarce. The location is the BEST!!! The pool and all recreational areas were nice and clean as well as the beach area. One other mention: when you have 5 women staying, please be sure there are more than 10 hangers. The price has gone up substantially since our last stay so I guess I thought it would be somewhat better. HOpefully beds and couch will be changed because we do plan on coming back!!! Thanks

Good pool and beach view. Beds were uncomfortable - especially the king. Very low ceilings in hallway and bathrooms. Very small shower but good water pressure. Coin laundry machines located outside which was weird. Overflow parking for a second car was down and across the street - not convenient. “Ok” for one night we stayed there.

It isn’t crowded and the resort provides umbrellas and chairs. The sand is like sugar. As if that wasn’t heavenly enough, the side door leads to the pool and shuffleboard and miniature golf. Lots of fabulous restaurants on the island. Host is very professional and friendly.
