La mixité des prestations proposés

Ensemble décevant car les prestations sont de faible qualité. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon. C’est très cher.

Ambiance décontractée tout au long du séjour. Chambres très propres, confortables. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les repas sont de qualité. Niveau piscine et transats, aucun souci de place ni d'accès.

Pas de fidélisation client, malgré plusieurs séjours, ce sont toujours les mêmes démarches "papiers" et enregistrement. Surprenant alors que l'informatique permet de conserver des fiches clients.

Resepsiyona ulaşmak için 2 kat asonsörle yukarı çıkmak gerekiyor. Ve uzun asansör bekliyorsunuz. Eğer odanız yola bakıyorsa sabaha kadar araç sesi trafik sesi dinliyorsunuz. Tuvalette havalandırma çalışmıyor ve koku oluyor. Internete bağlanamadım resepsiyonu aramak istedim oda telefonu çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı bence kötü oturmak için bile yer bulmakta zorlandım. Gecelik 210 usd ödemiş olduğum otel beklentilerin çok altında. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Otelin ismine güvenip resimlere aldandım.

Hotellrummet var utmärkt, rymligt, rent. Miljön på innergården var trevlig. Trevlig service i baren utomhus.

Priserna på kafeterian / bar var flerdubbelt dyrare än på andra ställen i Marocko vi besökte. Incheckning tog lång tid, betalningen var komplicerad där hotellet reserverade pengar från kortet, och det var väldigt svårt att förstå vad man hade betalat för och vad man fick tillbaka. Hotellet fick använda flera olika betalningsterminaler och vi fick presentera alla våra kreditkort innan betalningen gick igenom - vi hade inte liknande svårigheter någon annanstans. Hotellet ligger centralt, vilket innebär att det finns tiggare utanför.

Good stay overall, the hotel is clean and the staff are helpful.

The escalator service was slow, we’ve had to wait an eternity to catch a lift. There is only one elevator that goes from the garage all the way up.

Staff was amazing, the man at the elevators what a guy always a smile on his face made me feel very welcome Great pool, good food, location was excellent

Beautiful ,modern hotel with great location. The staff was very kind and helpfull, ALL can communicate in English which is definetely a plus in Morocco. Rooms are clean and well kept. Our special thanks goes to ASSIAM at reception who made our stay wonderful, find him, he will take great take of you!

The sink was clogged and they have never returned me my 800dirhams guarantee money I paid.

Rooms very small and not comfortable. Mirrors in room are placed odd for some reason. Not very clean. Restaurant staff not attentive.

Always a pleasure to stay at a Radisson. But this one is very exceptional!!! Super friendly staff, very polite and helpfull! I enjoyed the short talks at breakfast or in the lobby! ( enjoyed the crepes Morrocaine too!)

We ordered a cocktail, but unfortunately, it was not tasty at all. We politely explained the issue to the waiter and requested a replacement. While waiting, I happened to glance through the window and noticed that they simply used the same cocktail from the mixer to serve us again. Curious to see their response, I acted as though I hadn't noticed anything and asked if it was a fresh one. To my disappointment, they lied and assured us that it was a new cocktail. When I decided to confront them about what I had seen, they seemed flustered and began to argue amongst themselves. It was quite unsettling to witness such behaviour. Additionally, despite the poor quality of the cocktail and the fact that we didn't consume it at all, we were still charged for it. Given the price we paid and the overall experience, I must say it was very disappointing and left a negative impression on us. We hope that such incidents can be avoided in the future, as we value honesty and transparency in our dining experiences.
