Room and location were great for the price

Only criticism was we didn’t see any staff whilst there. Operates a contactless booking, but personally I would have liked to have said hello and good bye and thanked them for the stay

Room is spacious, TV is good, nice view on mountains. Windows were good as well.

We’ve stayed in the room number 4. The bed was the worst in my life: short and with 23 y.o. mattress (it has manufacturers label). The mattress itself is just huge metallic construction which you clearly feel with your back. I think it’s more pleasant to sleep on the floor. So we didn’t have a chance to get rest. We’ve asked staff to bring one more duvet so we can use it as mattress protector- they didn’t have it, but they had fleece blankets. I understand that staff is available only by phone due COVID situation and there are some very strict rules. But what I can’t understand that the room wasn’t clean due the same. Yes, it obviously was cleaned in central areas and some obvious places like table tops, but there was trash and dirt along the walls. And many other random places were dusty. The stairs hallway in the common area smelled nasty. Overall experience wasn’t good at all.

Amazing location and the microwave in the communal area was a massive bonus!

Location was perfect, close to snowdon but also close to the pubs and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

The bed had a footboard which wasn’t great for us as my partner is 6’4 so made it a little difficult for him to get comfy.

Self check-in convenient. Clean and tidy rooms which have clearly been recently renovated. Fridge in the room! Wifi code clearly marked all over the building Located in Llanberis itself, not a distance outside the town. Decent and reasonably priced corner shop directly opposite.

Only one key for two adults. I was travelling with a relative not a romantic partner. We have very different body clocks and interests so it would have been appreciated to have a key each. No emergency number (what if the electric fob were not to have opened the room door? We would have been sleeping in the hallway. How would we have got our belongings out?) Would be better if the self-check-in allowed for late night check-in. Sometimes travellers just need somewhere to sleep after an event but can't check-in between 5pm and when the outside door gets locked because that's when they're at their event. Please extend self-check in to allow guests to first enter the building late at night. On arrival the room was painfully cold. It took pretty much all night with the radiator on full blast before the room was close to comfortable. I get that energy is pricey, but people need to be warm enough to sleep when they've paid for the privilege. That said, the radiator was functioning and did eventually warm the room up.
