We loved the location - right in the centre of Plovdiv. Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Clean & spacious room.
The lighting was a bit subdued in the room.

Hotel furniture is outdated with peeling paint and spots. Old dusty carpets in the room and dusty furniture. Bath was fine. The breakfast was not impressive. Old pastries and cereal. The hotel's facilities, service, and cleanliness have deteriorated significantly in the last few years. It used to be a top-quality boutique hotel with great food and service and now it is just an average hotel with dusty carpets in a great central location.

The location is in the city's heart, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished, the staff is always super friendly, and the breakfast is one of a kind in the city.

Location was great , views were great , the whole place was very nice
Nothing really , was all good , maybe the stairs might be. A bit much but we did order the penthouse

perefect location. very spcacious rooms.
would be great to have shelves in the wardrobes so that actually one can put their clothes inside. we had only hangers, no shelves. AC worked more like a fan... it did not chill enough, as one would expect.

Great location, great facilities and cleanliness.
Breakfast doesn’t correspond to the quality of the other services provided. The managers should think about improving it or just remove breakfast from the rate and as an option.
