Beautiful, clean, modern home tucked away close to Hunter and the highway. Our son had so much fun playing on the property’s reclusive grounds, everything matched the listing, and the property exceeded our expectations.

Betty’s house was impeccably clean, simply furnished and designed. Both our family and friends, along with kids had a wonderful time. The kitchen was very well stocked with new pans, plates. We will definitely come back.

Great Thanksgiving away from home!
Our daughters go to college in NY and we decided to bring the holiday and family to them. This was an incredible setting and everything we needed was right there. Great getaway!

Beautiful house on a nicely secluded piece of property. We were in town for a horse show and this was a great place to rest and relax in our down time.

Host responded quickly to questions prior to and during our stay. Property is modern and well maintained, with enough privacy to feel comfortable and not worry about neighbors seeing you. Overall, great vacation.

I'd also recommend checking out Saugerties. Definitely had a lot of fun there as well.

We really enjoyed a family reunion in this spacious home in the woods. When you drive onto this property you take in the modern home with a wrap around deck and soaring glass windows. The home is modern, clean and set up for fun. We especially enjoyed the fire pit for late night s’mores, the game table for ping pong and cards.
The master bedroom suite, privately on it’s own on the second floor, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect to see the falls, visit Hunter Mountain and explore Hudson Valley towns.

we were extremely pleased with our stay! Home is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kids loved playing in the finished basement when the weather wasn't cooperating! We discovered lots of summer activities in the area!

Betty was a wonderful host and her property is fantastic. We stayed with our two kids (ages 6 and 2) and couldn’t have been happier. The house is immaculate and very well appointed/decorated. The basement was a lot of fun, nice big yard to run around in, and the firepit was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!

Blissful retreat in the Catskills
Perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a true escape. So nice to stay in a place that is clearly set up for visitors to enjoy themselves and feel at home. Spotlessly clean, uncluttered and every imaginable thing you might need seems to be there. We were there to ski at Hunter, which we enjoyed but also just loved being at the house, ligthing a fire and relaxing in the great room or hot tub. The hosts have done a wonderful job and are also enthusiastically helpful. Just a lovely house!

Indeed a zen retreat
I stayed here for 3 nights by myself just to chill & unwind from city life. I can’t think of a better place to do this. The house is really lovely & well-designed. I also communicated a couple of times with Betty & she is very helpful & responsive. Would definitely recommend this zen getaway to anyone.

The house was very comfortable, and true to the pictures on the listing. Also, the kitchen is very well-stocked - something we had not expeccted. We thoroughly enjoyed our nine day stay. The location is very well-located for hikes in the Kaaterskill region. The internet works perfectly as well!

Relaxing getaway guaranteed!
The house is beautiful, stylishly decorated, secluded, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway from the city. Creek and hiking paths nearby too!
The host was responsive and available in case there were questions. Looking forward to coming back ASAP
