apartment was modern and really nice. in a decent spot with good amenities/shops.

staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the trip. , we would ask for simple things and it was hard work every time. rooms didn’t get cleaned even when we asked 3 times for them to clean it. sauna and facilities not included in price. checked out at 9.30 which is too early, asked if we could use sauna as flight wasn’t til 2200 and they refused. staff just generally unhelpful and unprofessional. we once left our key in our room by mistake and they acted as if we’d killed someone- normally not a problem in any other establishment.

quiet location although still near plenty of restaurants, bus stop to slopes right outside door, friendly helpful staff, large apartment with two great sized bedrooms and en-suites and very modern, three boot rooms in basement for skis and boots, supermarket right across the road, ski hire shop right below apartment. would highly recommend- we loved Mayrhofen-

I liked that it felt luxurious and special - it really made it feel like a holiday not just somewhere to sleep. An added bonus was a very good supermarket just opposite which made self-catering very easy. 3 big bedrooms for our group of 6 to have private space and then a large communal space for chatting and dining. just a short walk to the main high street and all it’s restaurants and bars.

Modern, nicely decorated appartment with spacious living room and comfortable bedrooms. It was great to take a relaxing bath after a day of skiing. The bedrooms are located on 2 opposite sides to provide max privacy. Netflix available on the main TV. The supermarket just in front of the building. Walking to the lift was a pleasure as you go through the lovely city center. The skibus stops just few steps away. So handy to have care in the underground garage. We were really happy with everything. Definitely worth recommending.

Storage space in the kitchen is limited. Night life in Mayrhofen might be sometimes annoying, when it is too noisy on the street or at the neighbours.

Really comfortable, clean and spacious appartments with a lovely modern feel, the bathrooms were huge with underfloor heating and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really quiet and peaceful setting but still close to everything, the ski bus stops just outside or it’s a short walk to both lifts. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful when our flight was diverted and we arrived 9 hours late at midnight. This was our first time skiing in Austria but we will definitely be back!

Large, clean, comfortable, well equipped, nice terrace. Friendly staff.

Plenty of space. Living space, bedrooms and bathrooms very large. 2 year old loved the Play room on ground floor.

Local church bells chiming every hour could be a problem when windows are open.
