Had a wonderful experience during this stay, the GM Mr. Lalit was tremendously helpful, along we got super assistance from the front office manager Mr.Anil prime location with such a grand hotel with delicious cuisine at their restaurant Spice Affair. It was an all-around stay at Hotel German Palace no points to complain about.

Very near to Apollo Hospital and many business centers were nearby, the rooms were very clean and the staaf was very professional and helpful. MR.sandeep from front office was really cheerful and a humble guy, he gave me free room upgrade upfrontly which was very pleasing. I am surely staying here when I'll be in Ahmedabad. Keep up the good work hotel team. 👍

The best thing about this hotel is its nearest to the Ahmedabad airport and railway station...the interior is superb. Great hospitality and the food provided was too good. Rooms were spacious and the staffs were polite and helpful throughout the stay Would definately recommend it to people travelling to Ahemedabad.

Stayed for one night with family. Had booked deluxe room . Room were too small ( 10 ft x 10 ft approx)& suffocating. Booking shows 13 m2 was shown therefore they shifted to bit bigger room but still not to standard. Did not expect that such big hotel are also involved in cheap stunts. they insisted to take premier room and pay more. Actually the picture shown in deluxe room are for premier room … Bed sheets had stains which were changed . Really worst hotel till date stayed till now… Manager and staff are in dreams …

Location is on the highway.

No parking facility- they asked us to park in front of the hotel saying we'll keep a watch in the night. Rude guard and doorman, didn't bother opening the hotel door to let the car inside while sitting and watching from his chair. Heating Kettle in the rooms were broken. Air-conditioning was preset at a very low degree. My children went twice to the reception to ask someone to change it, no one came to do it. Wouldn't recommend this property.

Had an amazing stay.I must say Hotel location is best. it has enough space to manage other things.hotel Staff is very cooperative and helpful, housekeeping services were fabulous.room and toilet was clean and neat.they sincerely taking care of all covid norms and sanitize the rooms and hotel on regular basis.
