No room cleaning service, fresh towels (unless you ask) stayed 3 nights. (Perhaps I May not have seen that it was an apartment type situation) Breakfast was poor. Very little hot food, no cereal just porridge...

Very friendly service and gozy room. Location is perfect and hotel seems nice and quiet. In breakfast there have some very delicious bread and lovely moomin cups!

Little bit of bad air in hallway. Room door was very light so all noses came in to room very easily.

The wifi connection was difficult to deal with. Nowadays, it should be accessible and connected without setting up an account. It's just harvesting your details. Inferior form and I was very disappointed. We stayed at the hotel next door, no such problems there.

We stayed there for one night, they have really cozy reception area with tea, coffee and snacks. Staff was very polite and friendly and breakfast was delicious. Our room wasn't exactly like on the pictures, it was more like apartment like, but it was spacious, clean and comfy.

Hotel's location was very nice. There were very good restaurants a walking distance away, as well as a grocery store and a mall. Staff was also very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was nice, but the offer doesn't change.

Sadly, the room let in incredible amount of noise. We could hear (and woke up to!) the neighbours leaving their rooms or talking in the hallway. I slept very badly for two nights due to the noise (which was the worst before midnight and past 5am, constant door slamming, staircase walking and people talking). The room was very cold upon arrival! We didnt sleep almost at all the first night. After getting a second duvet and learning to operate the AC that had built in heating, it was much better. Breakfast was nice, but the vegetable options were very sad, often very overripe. They did have a very fresh bread every day, which was amazing. Bathroom also had this weird sweaty smell and very still air. Most dissapointing was the kitchen that was included in the room. It was not equipped at all!! It had a stove, coffee maker and microwave as listed, but no pots, or pans. No knives, scoops, things to stir with. All it had was 4 plates, cutlery and mugs. Super dissapointing as we wanted to cook dinner.
