Wir haben für eine Nacht 420€ bezahlt und sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir auch entsprechend einen Standard erwarten können. Das Hotel ist veraltet und das Zimmer war mit einer minderwertigen Hotelklasse vergleichbar und ganz weit von einem 5 Sterne Gefühl entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht und erhielten kein Beistellbett oder einigermaßen bequemes Schlafsofa, sondern eine kleine unbequeme Schlafgelegenheit die keinem 5 Sternehaus entspricht . Auf Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns ein Upgrade für einen Zimmerpreis von ca 1000€ pro Nacht angeboten.
Das Essensangebot war okay jedoch wurde es mit einem hektisch und unprofessionellem Servicepersonal begleitet, welches jedoch jederzeit überaus höflich war.

Отель - супер! Прекрасная атмосфера. Отличный номер. По территории везде хватает мест и в ресторане, и на пляже и возле бассейна. Очень качественная вечерняя программа, особенно понравился оркестр и легкий джаз возле бара. Ресторан и блюда заслуживают особенной похвалы, качество и разнообразие рыбы, мяса, морепродуктов просто потрясающее. Обслуживание также на высоте. В этот отель хочется вернуться.
Единственный минус, которых хотелось бы отметить, и что можно было бы несложно исправить - это спортзал. Это просто слезы. Пять кардиотренажеров (хороших :)), одна скамейка и неработающий кондиционер :( Очень жарко. Починить кондиционер, добавить скамеечку для пресса и стоечку с гантелями - уже было бы значительно лучше :)

Nie polecam nikomu pierwszego piętra.
Na pierwszym piętrze pokojach słychać kanalizacja w Rurach ciągle z rana o piątej kpiące w środku w Rurach Ścieki budziły nas z żoną. Zgłaszając do recepcji otrzymaliśmy drugi pokój ale też ta pierwszym piętrze także dalej słyszeliśmy to samo. Jedyna uwaga to to że zmienili nam pokój wiedząc że w drugim pokoju będzie tak samo także nie wiem po co nastąpiła ta wymiana. Przy końcowym rozliczeniu w recepcji zaproponowano nam na wyższych kondygnacjach pokój w lepszej cenie za to co nas spotkało. Ogólnie hotel jest bardzo fajny lecz troszeczkę trąci myszką tak jak ktoś to wcześniej opisał jest bardzo czysto miła obsługa ale nie należy i to najnowszych hoteli. Odpisuję to wszystko mimo małego niezadowolenia dla tych którzy chcieliby tam pojechać byłem bardzo zadowolony z żoną lecz tylko ta jedna uwaga co do pierwszego piętra. Blisko na plażę blisko do centrum miasta na plaży swój Leżak przy basenie nie było problemu z leżakami piękna pogoda.

Das Fitnesscenter verdient nicht das Wort Center nicht. Es waren nur ein paar Geräte vorhanden.

Die Zimmer entsprechen eher vier Sterne. Bad Armaturen sind etwas locker Fenster nicht wirklich geputzt.

Die Lage am Strand ist toll. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffett waren hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Praktisch war die Tiefgarage. Die Therme Bibione ist mit einem unterirdischen Gang vom Hotel aus erreichbar.
Manche Fugen im Badezimmer waren schmutzig oder schimmlig. Die Therme von Bibione ist sehr klein.
Das Wetter war leider sehr neblig. Erst am letzten Tag gab es 5 Minuten Sonnenschein.
Für das Wetter und die Therme ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich.

The hotel oscillates in between 4* (facilities, breakfasts) and 5* (service, dinners). The breakfasts need improvements both in offer and organization, the buffet dinners are absolutely superb (the a'la carte dinner in a separated hotel restaurant is by far the best dining experience in Bibione). The cleaning service is absolutely superb, they didn't hesitate to clean at 9 pm when needed. The beach is exactly the one you are looking for with kids.
The absence of wellness was a disappointment as it is advertised; a 10 % discount on a (expensive) spa next door is definitely NOT "wellness offered". The hotel is oldschool in the good and bad sense of the word. The hotel is expensive for what it offers. Bibione is not Côte d'Azur.

Close to the sea, although the rooms do not have a view of see
The price is not worth the place in any way, the big difference between it and five-star hotels. You have to pay for soft drinks. Also, there is no Wellness. You can use Wellness City, and you have to pay. The large amount that you will pay does not include wellness, the bed is not comfortable at all. The three-person room is the same as the two-person room, only they add a bed that is not usable for human use. The staff and the manager are not qualified to deal with customers professionally. Five-star prices, but the service is not. It does not deserve more than four stars.

The room was large and comfortable and also had a balcony. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the dinner is superb. There are well-maintained pools, but we didn't use them at all as the sea beach is only a few steps away.

I wish I would have booked a larger room. We came to this hotel after a very long journey, needed to sleep. For two days we had to listen to hammering noises. There was some remodeling being done above us. There was no chance to get some good rest/sleep. When I told someone at the reception they did offer to move us to a lower floor. After our long trip we already unpacked some things and really not up to moving. I think that the noise still could be heard! I really believe #1 they should have informed the guests at check in about the remodeling. #2 I strongly believe some compensation should have been given!

I never got an answer to my pre-stay request for a family room—provided rooms across the corridor. Elevator communication on ‘do not invade the pool area with mattresses etc.’ Interesting that drunk people around the pool bar was ok, but 3-4 families with little kids and altogether 4 mattresses were that problematic that it had to be communicated this way.

overall facility looked very old. the lights were very dim at best and the room was not sound proof. Elevators had weird pull once arrived at the designated floor which scared my toddler. I would not recommend this hotel for family. I loved the staff. They were the only reason we decided to stay. food was good but not up to 5 star rating.

The hotel has a great location and a great view of the ocean. The staff are kind and helpful, the dinner is exceptionally well prepared and is by far the buffet in Bibione. The beach area is also clean and well kept, just like the hotels swimming pool.
Only downside of the hotel was the hotel’s hallway lights. Every other light was not lit which made it really dark.

Meals were okay.
Long waitng times for serving the meals althought it was a buffet style. A Bald man at the reception who looked at me like I am an idiot when I told him about my request (room with balcon in the front part of the hotel, because of a seaview). I had this as a reguest also via booking. So he gave us a room in the back :-(. The room was very noisy especially in the night because of a A/C unit on the roof. I wanted to change the room, nothing happened, just promises from the bold man. He could do it in case of he would like. A lot people was coming in and out.

The hotel itself was flawless. 99 % of the staff was just excellent (thanks go especially to an outstanding waiter Marco!), including maids, piccolos and young apprentices - waiters and waitresses. Kitchen - delicious. Drinks offer - perfect. Thumbs down for Mrs. Gabriella on reception - not very helpful and warm, a bit disrespectful to my taste. I had an impression that if you did not book a superior room, you are a second category guest. By the way - why I could not book a superior room on Booking.com?
The hotel should make a choice, whether it wants to be a five-stars hotel, or a family hotel - in my opinion this two categories are incompatible - we wanted to spend a quiet vacation, not being disturbed by millenials in short pants in restaurant during dinner, children occupying a swimming-pool bar, chasing each other in flower beds, peeing to flowers and shouting till midnight in the bar where musicians are doing their best to create a nice atmosphere. Call me snobbish, I proudly agree, if I wanted this, I would go camping, not spending thousands of Euros in this class of hotel. Sorry. Some places should be unreachable for rednecks.

Right next to the beach with plenty of umbrellas and chairs reserved for guests. Hotel pool was big enough with shallow parts perfect for babies and kids. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner: great choice and superb quality. Hopefully we will come back again.
Pool bar staff seemed little understaffed at certain times.
