La posizione dell'alloggio molto comoda la metà tra la stazione e 6 min al centro. a casa disponeva di tutti i comfort, erano presenti anche la carta igienica e lo shampoo. il letto l'ho trovato comodo e la cucina ottimale (tranne per asciugare i piatti).

Il bagno era la pecca di tutta la casa, ho evitato di farmi la doccia perchè il doccione aveva la ruggine e il doccino (per il bidet) era rotto, ho avvisato il proprietario promettendomi di mandarmi l'idraulico, ma purtroppo non è venuto. Non sono previsti strofinacci per asciugare i piatti. Il piumino era macchiato e non aveva il copripiumino. La casa era al terzo piano senza ascensore. Dato il costo chiederei una giusta attenzione.

little contact with owner. Missing the little personal touches. 5 coffee capsules for 2 for 4 days,1 cornetto, no water in fridge as a welcome,2 toilet rolls for 4 days. Expensive, served as a money making machine.

The location is walking distance from the train station. This allows for easy access when arriving by train from Bologna or Parma airports, and also to be able to easily visit other nearby cities, such as Reggio Emilia or Piacenza, by train. It is also close to the centre of Modena, where one can enjoy strolls along the shopping streets, Piazza Grande, and the surrounding open spaces. The accommodation is an independent unit in a very quiet block of apartments. The habitable rooms overlook an airy internal courtyard.

If you are carrying large luggage, note that there is no lift. I just had a haversack, so it was not a problem for me :) Next to the sink (instead of the fridge), there needs to be some space where to dry the plates and dishes. Some minor repairs would make this accommodation even better.

The space was even nicer in person than the online photos! It had all the basic kitchen amenities you would need, as long as you’re not cooking full meals in the property. The building itself was really pretty, and we felt very comfortable staying there.

The WiFi connection was not great inside the apartment, it was better in the stairwell and right at the front door. This was not a big issue though, just something we noticed.

The location is excelent, close to the city center and easy access to the central station. The apartament is in a good shape and the staff was pretty friendly and responsive.

The cleaning could be better and inside the flat there were lots of mosquitoes. The refrigerator was not working (although they had wine refrigerador that could be used, but I dont think thats appropriate for food in general if your intention is to cook proper food).

Excellent location.

The house was not sparkling clean. Even though the bed sheets have been changed, the toilet was not properly clean and there was a lot of dust. When we arrived we had to ask the owner to send someone to clean at least the bathroom and that has been done quickly.

1. The house offers full set of kitchen sets. 2. The owner can be easily reached via watsapp 3. The house is located on the outskirt of the city, about 15 mins walking distance from the city center. Since it's on the out skirt, it's very quite at night.
