This is a great place to stay in Downtown Miami with beautiful view and great management. We stayed for a week during Christmas and really enjoyed.

I was very happy with this apartment. The property pictures were accurate. It was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed in the ICON residences and I like the location and the building facilities. I will definitely stay with this host again.

Check in process could have been confusing in such a large complex but was seamless and very personal, with a very friendly team member available by phone or text. Condo was unbelievable with floor to ceiling windows, balconies with amazing views and Miami contemporary design. Beds were great, shower was powerful and kitchen well stocked. And then the spa with steam rooms, sauna, pools, hot tubs, etc etc. Would be 10 stars if possible.

The check in process was seamless, Thru text message super responsive and quick. I needed to extend my stay and was super simple to do so! The view is absolutely incredible, absolutely clean - and appears to take pride in doing so! This view… it does not get any better. I have stayed in the ICON many times and this 2 bedroom was hands down the best. You wont be disappointed!!!

Excellent apt , great facilities. Unfortunately the lift waiting times can be up to 20 mins depending on time of day especially at weekends. It helped being on the top floor. Unfortunately those below had trouble getting on as full.

We don’t have any complaints about the condo, actually IT IS great, but the property manager has no control of behavior of temporary residents. It is a bit crazy going up and down on the elevators with people smoking, and our floor continuously smell. A lot of partying going around, so it is not the ideal family retreat. Otherwise, we recommend this stay.

The check in process through me off a bit but I contacted the host as the staff recommended and she responded immediately and came over within minutes for the check in process. She made it very easy. She was super attentive and checked in on us throughout the stay. The property is very secure and we felt very safe. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants or the Whole Foods. The property was extremely clean and updated as in pictures. The beds were very comfortable and clean: The view was incredible and our favorite part of the property. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Cannot thank the host enough for being so responsive and answering all of my questions.

Perhaps it’s not fair to judge Icon by its pandemic spring break scene, but that is when we were there. Our apartment was clean and nicely decorated with good sheets, towels and robes. The views were terrific, and the 50-meter pool is really nice. . Unfortunately the hallways and even the balcony smelled like marijuana almost all the time, and the noise from the nearby construction was constant. Elevators were often packed with mask-less people. Social distancing was very difficult to maintain. I’d that’s the scene you like, this is your place.

From the beginning to the end our stay was a breeze. Condo is clean, beautifully decorated with breathtaking views. From now on this is our chosen location in the Miami area. We will most certainly be back ASAP. Thank you!

I loved everything about this place. The view was amazing. It was sooooo clean. It was modern. The check in process was so smooth and easy. I loved the area. It was a great experience.

The check in process was seamless. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Maria provided local restaurant recommendations and insights to (Covid safe) activities in the area. She was great to coordinate on the day of arrival. The condo was clean and the views were amazing. Waking up to the water and city views really nice. The sizes of both rooms were a lot larger than I anticipated. The bathrooms were well stocked and spacious as well. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and will be renting the same location going forward.

This place was exactly like the pictures! It was clean and the views were spectacular. I wanted to be close to Ocean Drive, but could not find anything, and I’m glad I didn’t. We were close to everything and only 15 minutes away from Ocean Drive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an impromptu staycation while our home was being fumigated. The condo was perfect for my family. Enough space and good internet for us all to work from home and do online school. The unit was wonderfully decorated, comfortable, well cleaned and had great amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know coming in town. Thank you to the Miami Vacation Rentals team for being so hospitable. You had one very happy family!

The pool was closed down for 2 days because someone threw glass over the balcony. It was a bit of a party atmosphere with lots of young people renting condos the week we were there. The condo was great and just as advertised. Fernando and his company communicated very well. This is why we booked the condo in the first place was great communication from the rental company. I would only caution that for families with children, it is a high rise with key cards and limited access for little ones to run around freely. We had to share elevator key cards and show a different card for pool entrance. The security was good, yet the pool did close down due to things getting thrown off balconies, which was inconvenient. I didn't always feel safe getting on the elevator when a group of 4 would try to get on with us due to COVID. We actually told some groups to wait for the next elevator and showed them the sign that said 2 ppl per elevator unless you're a family, then a family of four. I wish there would have been elevator attendance or something to monitor what was going on on each floor since it was kind of a party atmosphere. The view was fantastic. We usually rent houses on VRBO vs condos, so this was a different experience.

The Icon is the perfect location on Brickell!!!...we had a girls' weekend of 4 old friends from high school and 2 of us live in Miami so we know the area...although after boooking this property manager needed to move us to another unit they manage they sent us their many options and we were able to pick from their myriad of units...the one we rented was just as nice and we had a perfect weekend! Francisco and Silvia were super responsive and Franscisco met us in the lobby at check in and even helped us take up our luggage and groceries! We had access to all of the Icon amenities - spa, pool deck (PARTY!!!) bar restaurant, etc. The Icon location is no more than a 5-10 minute Uber from ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE you want to be in the 305 so do not hesitate to book this unit or any of Silvia and Francisco's units!!!!!!
