Beautiful view from the room! Room is spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful ocean view. Staff were also kind, and gave decent recommendations. Location is good to walk to some eateries close by.

The pool was a nice touch. The bed was comfy enough. The room was spacious and the balcony was a nice touch as well. The location was definitely quiet for those looking for a peaceful place to rest at night.
The bathroom wasn't all that clean. The bidet looked like it had never been cleaned, The TV facing the side of the bed rather than infront of the bed was really annoying. The door for the bathroom was annoying as well since their was not padding on the wall so the door would slam into the bathroom wall everything time you opened the door. Room could have been cleaner as well. The bed sheet was torn which gave everything a cheap feel. And the hotel is very stingy with amenities, For the price we're paying for these rooms, you think they could afford to give you more than two bottles of water for free. And the location is better trash. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk on the main road to the nearest convenience store.

Room was spacious and sea facing with huge balcony. bed was excellent. Parking ample and easy. Nice quiet ambience around the property added a relaxing vibe.
We wish it was easier to locate you in Naver Map. We ran into some problem entering your phone number and got bounced back out. Maybe list your property name with the same spelling as you listed in Booking.com.

Great pool, jacuzzis and room. Really comfortable and pleasant. We had the family room and there was so much space.
The poolside hot tubs could have been a tiny bit hotter.

The bathroom would flood with water after you have a shower... it was quite annoying. The shower handle holder was not working properly either. No sugar was provided and you had to pay for extra coffee capsules when you only got 3

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view of the sea. Comfy and clean rooms. Comes with an automated bidet toilet seat which was great.
There was no heater and we were there during a cold spell, with snow and near 0deg temp, so the room was a little too cold. Should be fine during warmer days.

Great location - walking distance to Hyopjae Beach, several good restaurants nearby walking distance (pork bbq, kimbap, and even a brunch/coffee place). You could see the beach from the room (3rd floor) and it was amazing to wake up to sound of waves + view. Would definitely stay again!

The location was as good and easy to locate
The shower cubical was not properly designed. The water flowed out through the back of the cubical into the basin area causing ponding on the floor. Imagine you have to stand in a pool of water to brush your teeth. Not only it is slippery and dangerous , it is also very uncomfortable too. In the end, we have to take a shower in the jacuzzi area. Climbing into the jacuzzi and out was dangerous too. Moreover, the weather was cold.
There were lots of mosquitoes and my daughter had 7 bites on her cheeks. I got 3 bites on my leg.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as it sunk in the middle.

Furniture is old. Think the relatively high price as compared to many other hotels is a result of the pool and jacuzzi which one will not use during cold weather

The room had an amazing view of the ocean. You could see and hear the waves and palm trees
The hotel needs a good clean. The hallways and bathrooms were pretty dirty and we had to leave since we have a baby.
They use bubble bath and salts in their jets which isn’t good to use with a hot tub. So we didn’t use them. It makes it impossible to clean out properly so that tells me it’s dirty as well.
The grout and carpets need cleaning and so do the shower heads.
The food was all from cans or frozen and pretty basic stuff. But I didn’t expect it to be amazing since it was late and they probably don’t have high end cooks way out there. But they presented it nicely.
The staff was really helpful and kind.

This is a great hotel. away from the hustle and bustle of Hyeopjae but only a 5 min walk to get there. The rooftop pool is stunning (there are also jacuzzis) with an amazing view and fabulous sunsets. I imagine it can get crowded but it was fine during my stay (which I extended by 2 nights). There isn’t an on-site restaurant but there is a breakfast tray menu and 4 or 5 eateries right by the hotel. The Spanish/Korean fusion restaurant was spectacular.
The air con is noisy.
I had a room with a spa bath (which I didn’t need but was the only room available through Booking.com) I would have preferred a room on a higher floor with a better ocean view. All rooms have balconies.

Everything was perfect I can’t get why it’s three stars, cos definitely level up! The view and location is amazing, so close to the main beach area. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sunset..no words! Very comfortable bed, very good quality bedding and towels

Amazing Jacuzzi in the room with the view toward the ocean. The rooms were big - we even had a sink on the fridge area.
If you are heading to the beach and want to stay in a quite are the location is great. But not if you are planning trips/sightseeing
The food options around aren’t that many, but within a few minutes walk you can find many restaurants.

Beds were really comfortable, room was nice, we got a new room, as the one we booked had an awful smell (like the carpet rot), the pool was nice, very shallow but good.
Location was not what we expected, while it was super close to Hyepjoae beach, there was basically nothing to do, also the room service menu options were quite not good, yet we were not allowed to bring food from other places or we would get fined.

- Jacuzzi in the room (2nd floor, Spa room) were incredibly, extremely dirty. We explained and showed it to the front desk and asked for return of the surcharge for the spa room. It was denied with the explanation that it can be cleaned. We were very upset. We stayed a week but still there was no compensation at all.
- The rooms are old.
- The bathroom was super old. The shower head falled down every day.
- The air conditioner was louder than usual.
- The mini bar did not cool down the drinks.
- The pool at the roof top had a hole.
- Front desk staff was only partially helpful.
