The location and the restaurant was good.

The bed sheets were covered in sand and the soap in the bath tub was used.

A party at the hostel opposite went on until 3am. We were given a family room in a dungeon which was on the street and not what we had booked. Rooms were not very clean, very dated, paint peeling off the woodwork and ceiling. The fan was so noisy it sounded like a chinook on manoeuvres but not as loud as the party going on!!

Everything was great, nothing spectacular but we had a nice stay.

The kitchen was really dirty, and water in the shower was pretty cold.

Close to the waterside. Nice people and restaurant is in the end of the hallway which was very convenient for diner and breakfast.

The room is spacious and comfortable, there's fan. It's ideally located. The staff is professional. Everything was made easy

The staff and the food in the restaurant were nice.

There is room for improvement in terms of cleaning, some things in the bathroom were quite dusty. The towels had stains, it could be they were very old but clean but I wasn't sure so didn't use them, and there were hairs in the bed. There were also quite a lot of bugs, the first room I was given had a cockroach in the bathroom and the second one had a centipede in the bed. I think this is because there is a gap underneath the doors so the bugs can crawl underneath. It was also quite noisy in the morning as my room was next to the kitchen there was a lot of banging etc. I don't think the cost of the room matches the standard of the accomodation provided. There are also several signs to say you cannot get a refund once you check-in.

Great location, lovely restaurant with great food, very welcoming staff! Bathrooms were clean and had hot water.

-cheap -it does have a public kitchen -good restaurant (be aware that the pizza is american type)

-two toilets and showers for the hole place which smell horrible -we felt like being not in one but two night clubs at night because there was music coming from two places and even with ear plug it was barely possible to sleep -no wifi in the room and bad wifi in the public seating area, it only worked well at the reception

Great location- Huacachina is quite small, so everything is close!
