The location was great because we had an event in Livingston Manor.

The cable did not work and when it did it was cutting in and out so I had to use my personal Wi-Fi. Also the room was freezing and there was no way to put up the heat or regular or regulate it

Great location across from the town center and next to the Roscoe Diner. Very convenient. Good coffee in the morning. Room was newly redone.

No coffee machine in the room. No extra pillows or blankets and no way of communicating with staff because they only attend to guests during certain hours. Despite the renovation, the bathroom door stuck, the ceiling was old. The beds were very squishy, which is not everyone's thing.

I saw no staff during my stay.

The room looked very nice but the bed wasn’t comfortable and there was a very cheap lock on the door with no deadbolt.

Awesome location. I loved that it was so near Gas, and Diner. Great work on the bathroom. They had plenty of instructions for late arrivals like us.

There was still some work being done on the electrical sockets in the room and on the main house. some tools and workbenches were still out. Our room was on the main so we could hear everything and everyone.

Room was clean. Office staff were out when we checked in, and made it very easy to get our key and get into our room.

The facility was a shambles, dirty, old & decrepit. No ‘breakfast’ was available unless you consider nutrigrain bars as such; there was virtually nothing else. A bird (a sparrow) got into the room while we were out, though I have no clue as to how it occurred, but I had to capture & release it, and then clean the ‘mess’ it had made while stuck there. The bed smelled of some fragrance obviously used to mask the musty odor; and there was only one usable pillow, which unfortunately, was a ‘body pillow’ size & impossible for two people to use to sleep, ugh! The owners should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of this dump & for charging anyone to stay there!

Bed sheets either weren't changed from last visitor or were put on so as to look slept in. Rooms are shabby.. peeling wall paper, etc.

We ate some of the snacks but did not eat the full breakfast. Maybe we should have! The location was great- Roscoe is such a cool little town. We are grateful for our stay at Reynolds.

Bigger bathroom maybe. This was not a huge deal though - for the price and overall experience it was all well worth it.

The staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. A great location and price, I slept well.

Wifi needs to be upgraded. My computer lost connection often.

When I booked the room Booking.com said I would have double-beds and in the photo I was sent there were what looked like hardwood floors with no carpeting under the beds...but I was given a small room with only one bed with a very uncomfortable mattress and there was a carpet around and I’m supposing under the bed. I have carpet allergies.

The room was also pretty dusty, in addition to not being as advertised with a bad mattress.

I like how convenient it was. Gas station was right there grocery store was a small walk to and restaurants was right there in a few steps. It also was the safest since the state trooper office was literally across the street

I hardly saw the staff. But when I did they were very helpful. The breakfast was nothing special other than it was cereal or snack bags. There wasn’t anything really in Roscoe New York, other than fly fishing, but that’s not the hotels fault

There was a mix up with my reservation as I thought I had requested a 1st floor room do to issues with going up and down stairs. No 1st floor rooms were available so I had to use an upstairs room in the main house. Marvin the owner told me he was in the process of renovating a first floor room in the other building and would try to have it ready the next day. Marvin and family members worked late into the night and through the morning to complete the work so I could move into that room. It is rare these days to find a place and propriators who are so willing to accomodate the guests and do everything to have their stay a pleasent one. I will absolutely stay there again

Nice updated room did not smell musty Walking distance to the diner to the gas station and at night Didn't hear any trucks from the highway

I needed another pillow but forgot to ask cause I fell asleep lol
