Really close to the kite spot - you can walk to it! The hosts also sent us a complimentary breakfast full of italian delicacies. So nice!

Everything was great, but Sicily can get really cold in autumn/winter, especially in tbe evenings. We had extra blankets so that was OK!

Nice apartment with big terrace directly at kitesurfing hotspot (you need a car/bike though to get to a beach for swimming about 2.5km away), also with reasonably good Internet for video conferencing. The host, Francesco, is extremely nice, approachable, and well-informed about things to do and places to go around.

Place was very comfortable and excellent clean! We had everything we needed there. Francesco and his family were super lovely and helpful to us. If you are interested in place near kite-spots I strongly recommend Francesco’s place!

There could be more knifes, because there were only 3 :) except that everything was amazing!

Very carrying and friendly host Francesco, who already gave many information at our arrival. Space for cleaning kite stuff and nice terrace on lower floor, which we could use together with the other guests from the lower floor. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

The house has two flats, we stayed in the upper floor one. It's a small nice and very clean flat with everything you need (parking, cooking equipment, BBQ place ...). Very close to the kite spots +++ Warm welcome and good recommendations from Francesco! Quick communication and help if needed, too.

Starting right after booking the appartment, Francesco got in touch to support us with information and whatever was needed. He is very friendly and helpful. We were even offered a breakfast one day. The appartment (upstairs) is really nice with an equipped kitchen. For welcome we got wine, milk and some snacks and jam for the first needs, oil and tea etc. was also provided, as well as towels. The appartment is in a short walking distance from most of the kite schools (leviedelvento, alby, sicily kite etc.). Renting a car is recomended for getting to the supermarket and restaurants etc. Francesco also organized our airport-transfer (via www.marsalashuttle.com). beds are comfortable and the warderobe in the doubleroom is very spaceous. the balcony might be too small to sit outside with four persons, but still a good possibility for drying kite equipment. thank you very much! we can really recommend appartamenti elios!
