The perfect place that was so well kept with such grest amenities! Everything was gorgeous and very well thought out when setting this place up.

We checked in late and when we pulled up it was like magic. The lights were on and the kids were in awe. There was everything you needed and the place was spotless. Will definitely stay again!

Although our stay was short (just two nights), my family had the most amazing experience at this gorgeous property. Everything we could possibly need was available for use in the house, and the property was spotless and welcoming at our arrival. The beds were comfy, the linens and towels smelled fresh, and everything sparkled clean. The hosts had turned on fans on the deck and covered patio, which made it possible for us to enjoy being outside in 100+ weather. And outside was fabulous with all the flowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds. This was a weekend to remember, and my girls and I are already planning on when we can go back. Thank you hosts! We loved everything about your place!

It was an amazing moments I can tell , because since enter to the property everything look great, and the house was very clean and smells so good , I can recommend this house to our family and friends and for sure and we are planning to came back for our next summer trip 💯💯

This is the most awesome place we have stayed at they had everything we needed and more . The location is perfect for swimming, Fishing, or just chilling out. I highly recommend this and will definitely be back son.

Wonderful!!! We lacked for nothing. I didn't have to lift a finger. My son grilled all 3 nights and everyone else helped with clean up. Sitting on the porch watching the hummingbirds with a adult beverage was so calming. I am a RN manager for a VA clinic it is very demanding at times, plus caring for a elderly spouse. This was the perfect short sweet trip to reenergize me. Thank you 😊😊

This property was absolutely fantabulous! We felt at home from the moment we pulled into the drive. Every single thing we needed (and wanted) was provided. Our group ranged from 71 to 5 years old and each person enjoyed our stay. The landscape and design/layout of the exterior was amazing. The playground was more than perfect for our littles and not so littles, they enjoyed it so much! Plenty of spacious rooms and patios/porches for us all together or several smaller groups to visit/chill. The children’s playroom was a great surprise and utilized throughout the visit. S’mores at the fire pit area was a great hit.. so spacious and accommodating! (Wood was provided). We will be booking again (visiting annually as a tradition from now on)! The interior was wonderfully decorated. So many fine detailed, well thought out amenities I can’t list them all! Thank you Kim for pouring your heart and soul into this! I can only imagine how many families/groups will have fabulous memories because of this great place!

What a great home and fabulous amenities!! When I thought our stay couldn’t have gotten better, I was having coffee on the porch, and I got to watch hummingbirds feasting on all the beautiful flowers. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

It was so relaxing and worth every penny. We chose this place because of the massive playground area and the homes ability to sleep so many people you can also see the children on the playground from the hot tub which is a plus for worrying parents. Over all great experience.

Had a great time; we used a lot of the amenities of the home, inside and out. It is well stocked with everything and more!

This is by far the cutest place we’ve stayed. Had everything we needed for a weekend of fun with our kids.

We brought a group of 11 teenage girls to this property, and they absolutely loved it!! We really enjoyed the outside eating area beside the grill, and the fire pit. Of course they loved the hot tub as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were able to cook hamburgers and chicken on the grill, and had everything to cook with. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for 14 guests. We are already planning on staying at this property next year.

We enjoyed our stay! Our 3 year old had a blast, there were so many things for him to do! We loved the hot tub, huge porch, coffee bar and completely stocked kitchen. Cant wait to visit during the summer months!

Couldn’t ask for more…very quaint, well kept little house with lots of character and tons of special touches.

My sisters and I decided to meet at Lake Texoma for an impromptu to get our three little families together (4 children - 5, 3, 2, and 1) and hit the jackpot with this home. It honestly could not have been more perfect!! We wish we could have stayed the whole week rather than just four days - everyone was enjoying themselves so much. The days were HOT but nearly the entire property where the kids were playing and we were sitting was shaded AND had fans. And the house was the perfect size for our three small families - and had everything we forgot (including a fryer!). We are looking at dates for next year and home to stay at the Hummer Haven!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Kim!

The house had everything we needed and more! It was very clean and is in a great location! There was plenty or room for car and boat parking!

I rented Hummer's Haven for my sisters b-day. We had 12 people from 3-60 and we all had something to do and enjoyed ourshelves. All we needed was food and clothes the rest was already there. We played, cooked, relaxed, and did it again.

If you’re looking for a place for a family vacation this is your place. Plenty of space in the house for kids and outside the house. Plenty of space for a boat and secure place for boat if you’re like me and have a lot of electronics and rods. It’s was very clean. You can tell the owners are meticulous in their cleaning. There was t anything we thought we needed that wasn’t there.

My husband and I really enjoyed our get away at Hummer’s Haven! It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and an easy drive to Lake Texoma. . The flowers and outdoor decorations were lovely. The house was all decorated for Christmas with outdoor lights and numerous cardinals to greet us!!!! It would be a great place for a family with small children with lots of toys and a playground. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us!!!

I just can't say enough about this property. It was inviting, charming, spotless and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. If you have children, this place would be a wonderland for them. I wished I was 6 again! We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay and look forward to coming back!

Kimberly’s place worked out great for a fall getaway! Has everything you need for kids and adults. She even has sharp knives! Recommend staying here if you are going out on the lake or if you want a place to hang out with family and friends.

Very good place

The fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar greatly exceeded our expectations. The beds, furnishings and decor were excellent. We loved the beautiful covered porch, deck, flowers and being entertained by the hummingbirds. We played cards, dominos, cooked, ate, drank and repeated.

All our "day at the beach" plans were washed away with the torrential rain but that did not dampen our spirits. We enjoyed visiting with family and watching the delightful humming birds, protected on the many covered patios. Everything was beautiful1
