Motel was good, staff friendly and good location. We also appreciated the secure parking

A very clean and comfortable overnight stay. Staff were very kind and welcoming.

It was clean.

On a main thoroughfare. Air conditioning unit super loud. Needs renovation, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Able to hear people in the other rooms.

Close to shops and hotels. Clean and functional.

I couldn’t find any free to air TV. It appears only TV apps able to be used? For that you need excellent wifi. The wifi is adequate not excellent. I watched my iPhone for news. Noisy over night with what sounded like local drunks. Not the Motel’s fault and they do have very good security.

Friendly and helpful staff. It was freezing and I couldn’t get the aircon to work. Staff came straight away and fixed it for me. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like being so close to the highway with an insecure parking area. In fact the whole environment felt very insecure. Two shady characters two rooms away from me made me very nervous. I was approached by someone outside the unsecured gate while walking the dog inside the complex who wanted cigarettes (I don’t smoke) and I told him to stay off the grounds before going back to my room. Notices about car break ins and ensuring that the door was locked and chained at all times made me very nervous. So much so that I emptied my car of all precious items (all my worldly goods) and slept fully clothed with the TV and lights on. I got about 4 hours restless sleep. I feel the gates to the motel should be locked after 10pm to stop people wandering in and reduce risk of car break ins.

Very well appointed room with all facilities. The guest laundry was appreciated after a long trip. Good to have toiletries provided in dispensers

perhaps new owners? but place has had a bit of a facelift - security gate manual keys have been replaced with electronic, rooms have been painted new curtains .. just a nice freshen up - as long as parking is available outside the room - certainly my go to in Port Augusta

Good value and location. The new owners are very interested in guest satisfaction. A good experience.
