Even though we were there in a vvery crouded period, we did not feel overcrouded. There are enough pools for everyone. Nice entertainment in the evening. Good aconodation

The first house we were accomodated into smelled really bad like mold. After lots of conplaints, it was changed. The food was really bad ( we only had breackfast included ), but it was rly low quality. Basic I woyld say.

Ayrıca bana haber vermeden kartımdan ödeme almayı denediler. 7 gece kaldık ve son güne kadar resepsiyona gidip her gün yarım saat beklmemek zorunda kaldım ve bu geçirdiğim en stresli tatil olabilir

Атмосферата е много приятна, а мястото е сравнително тихо и спокойно. Стаите са свежи и чисти и се почистват редовно. Служителите бяха любезни и отзивчиви, на плажа има чадър плюс два шезлонга, влизащи в цената, което ми допадна. Храната беше вкусна и имаше разнообразие, а детският кът беше поддържан и чист, което за нас беше плюс.

Нещата, които не ми допаднаха реално НЕ са по вина на хотела, а по скоро на хората отседнали в хотела. В ресторанта цари хаос особено на вечеря. Всеки бяга наляво и надясно, на два пъти буквално ме избутаха от бюфета докато слагам храна в чинията. На втората ни вечеря от престоя ни в хотела се наложи да обикалям с две чинии в едната ръка и дете за другата, като съпругът ми носеше трета чиния и чашите, чакайки някой да освободи маса, докато някои гости го бяха обърнали на кръчма да пият и да си приказват, при положение че има обособени места за това. На плажа от друга страна при положение, че има кошчета за боклук на две крачки все пак се намираха хора, които си зарязваха боклуците по масичките и шезлонгите и си хвърляха фасовете в пясъка.

Great location. The beachfront position was a plus. Few activities for children and adults, but the animation team was really nice and funny. Good buffet, and it is different from a day to another with few exceptions. The room was really nice and big, even though we haven't requested extra bed for the child, then we had one already prepared. We like that the staff was nice and friendly, and very helpful regarding any queries we had.

The smell in the room and bathroom was bad, very humid, like dampness. Even though we left the ventilation opened in the bathroom, there was still bad smell after 3 nights. The kid food corner was bad, the food that was served at the lunch buffet then in the evening was used for kids corner. Have heard a few families complaining about their kids having bad stomach/vomiting during our stay. The beach was nice, fine sand, but it was dirty. The showers from the beach were working on the first day, and after not working at all. A lot of bushes around the hotel, and very dirty/destroyed garden, even though in the description they mentioned they have a nice arranged garden.

Big bathroom, large terrace, nice pool, private beach. Plenty of food, not very diverse but was ok. Very good WiFi and free parking. Very nice small orthodox chapel on the premises of the hotel.

The rooms needs a thorough cleaning, we found sand when we checked in, limescale on the bathroom sink tap, spiderwebs on the terrace glass and the terrace table was really dirty. This is not acceptable for any hotel, especially for a 5* one.

The location is great. It has a good idea behind all of the complex.

It is not looked after properly. There was overgrown weeds, the staff was not friendly and did not explain anything on check-in. The food was the same almost every day. Very poor for 5 star hotel.

Excellent pools, great location on the beach

Rooms were not really clean (doors, carpet looked old), there was an unpleasant smell in the room, the room looked dirty. We had ‘seafront’ room, but you could not see the sea, the balcony of the room was literally on a terrace where people were having a party, right in front of our balcony.
