- Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche geschirrtechnisch, überall Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern, tolle Dachterrasse! - Am Anfang lagen frische Feigen und eine Zitrone aus dem sehr schönen Garten für uns da <3 Die Oma hat uns dann später noch Guaven geschenkt

- Die anfangs multipel zugesendeten und sich mehrfach wiederholenden Nachrichten mit Regeln und Geboten (an erwachsene Menschen) waren etwas belastend und Vorfreude trübend - einmal reicht und ggf. bissl freundlicher formulieren - ich kann mir schon denken, dass es da schlechte Erfahrungen im Vorfeld mit Gästen gab, aber da kann ich nichts dafür :-) - Wlan sehr wackelig, teilweise tagelang gar nicht vorhanden. - Die sehr netten aber ausschließlich portugiesisch sprechenden alten Eltern der Vermieter leben mit auf dem Grundstück, was manchmal die Privatsphäre einschränkt, da sie jederzeit direkt am Fenster der Erdgeschosswohnung vorbeilaufen, aber wie gesagt ansonsten sehr nett sind - Was ich wirklich NICHT verstehe ist, warum es nur EINE Klopapierrolle, ein Minischlückchen Spüli, einen halben (!) Lappen und einen halben Minischwamm und sonst keine Reinigungsmittel (?!) in der Wohnung gibt - ob man nun 3 Tage da ist oder wie wir 12 (!!!) macht da anscheinend auch keinen Unterschied?? Man soll die Wohnung aber bitte GEFÄLLIGST sauber und wie man sie vorfand hinterlassen - liebe Leute, WÜRDE ICH GERNE, aber ich kaufe jetzt nicht extra Putzmittel und Lappen? Stellt das! Wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist nimmt man sowas kaum alles mit und muss vor Ort alles in Packungsgrößen kaufen, in denen dann zu viel drin ist, man lässt dann also alles wieder da, bezahlt aber auch dafür (!). Anscheinend wird das zu viel gekaufte und zurückgelassene Zeug dann aber auch NICHT in der Wohnung für den nächsten Gast gelassen, da wir nicht die Ersten sind, die sich darüber beklagen und nix da war. Haben auch Eiswürfelbeutel gekauft und dagelassen, da es zwar ein Gefrierfach, aber kein Eiswürfelmacherding gab - Auch sowas wie Küchenrolle oder wenigstens EINE Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung wär echt nett!! Nehmt 5€ mehr Miete und kauft Wasser, Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel und Spüli im Großhandel und stellt das den Gästen dann zur Verfügung! Wär super!

+ location, we liked Fuseta and Ria Formosa. Restaurants are further away, but for us that was no problem + The rooftop terrace was amazing! + We liked the kitchen and oven very much! + The windows had screens against musquitos + We arrived very late due to circumstances and the host waited for us

- We didn't like that we got 3 comparable messages with rules and the question to leave our document numbers in only one day. We booked the day before so we can imagine there is a rush, but we were working that day and felt pressured. On the last they we got rules another time, yes now we know already... - the rules stated that you have to leave the apartment exactly as you encountered it, even throw away the trash yourself. We felt like we had to clean the place spotlessly, which is not hospitable at all. Also we think we left the place better. There was only one roll of toilet paper for one week, there was a dish washer but not only one dishwasher cube, a sponge and dishcloth cut in half and too few towels. We left toilet paper, dishwasher cubes, food and water for the guests, we hope they let it there so that other people feel very welcome! The price/quality would be so much better if you just leave a few of these stuff. - the bed is very small and not comfortable - the pool is very small and dirty, it has a green border of algae - the shower was clogged and it had a lot of small black hairs of a different person in it, which I was standing in on the first day together with a pool of water. Cleaned it myself.

If you are looking for a warm cozy place, and want to spend your time in a little less crowded place and enjoy the silence and peace, its the right place to stay. And yet still in an half to one hour drive you can see enough and visit couple of cities along the coast. The owner and host was very friendly and helpful at all the time. We really enjoyed our stay and are flying back home with our batteries charged. Obrigado Deta.
