Great accommodation, clean and comfortable

First of all it was easy to find Lots of parking Very big room Comfortable bed

The only thing I didn't like (and its a silly little thing) there was water left in the kettle

Large spacious room, tea and coffee, location was convenient. Good shower.

Strong odour of spices throughout the house, antiquated furniture and room set up

Great room. Host went above and beyond to ensure i was made to feel welcome and special little touches in the room made it stand out from others i have stayed in

It was well placed for where I had to go. Lovely and quiet and comfortable. Lovely window seat where you could sit and watch the world go by.

Comfortable bed. Within walking distance of the hospital which was the purpose of our visit.

The room wasn't ensuite. No breakfast was offered. The accommodation was shabby. There was a smell of curry coming up to our room which was unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend it.

Arrived about 20 minutes late due to traffic had try to ring before no answer to phone calls or the door at first didn't have any contact until about an hour later which by then I'd gone for food didn't get booked in until 9pm

The host was a really lovely, friendly guy. He was happy for me to make myself a cup of tea (after a long hospital shift) he even gave me some homemade crisps (which were delicious). He then showed me to my room, the room itself was basic, but clean and tidy and did the job. I was then showed where the bathroom and toilet were, (both very nice & clean) I had a lovely hot shower, towels were provided. Overall I had a good stay, because it was only a couple of minutes from the hospital, i would definitely book to stay again..Thank you.

Not dislike, but I would of liked my own bathroom/toilet. Although it was nice and clean.

Location

Location was spot on, I was visiting family in Grantham. The room was comfortable and facilities, such as tea/coffee was very good.

The pillows could have been a little more comfortable, that said, I didn't ask for replacements....so my fault.

I didn’t like anything about the property, I felt uncomfortable but maybe I should of taken more notice when booking it was a room in someone else’s house.

The room was enourmous. Very beautiful and comfortable. The house is in a quiet area, but still near the fervent market place. The place was spotless and the host very lovely and welcoming

Close to town

When interning the overwhelming of curry smell. Owner opening door pointing to botton of stairs (take shues off and waves up the stairs to room. On entering room he stated its his sons room and rents it out when he's not home. Everything in the room looks like it's been brought from cqrboot. Spider's webs all around. Wouldn't return.

House was lived in and authentic. Host had thought of everything we mighy need and was friendly genuine and helpful in conversation.

Everything was perfectly fine! The room is VERY comfortable and everything you need is provided. Shree is a very kind and welcoming host and will answer to all your needs! All in all, we would love to come back and warmly recommend this accomodation, if you would like to stay in Grantham!

The room was ok

Property location perfect for my objective.

I was told to take my shoes off on entering the property. The electrical circuits in the room kept going off, (lights flashing, TV switching off). No air conditioning, only 1 small fan provided for comfort on a hot day/evening. Room decor very dated, even a little religious.

The bed was comfortable

Windows were dirty inside and out Generaly not clean. Bed Was clean and comfy. Furniture was a collection of flea market material. The house had a wonderful smell of Asien spices
