very small beds in the twin room, room not properly sealed so it was always noisy from the cars in the street

The staff was friendly and helpful

The location is in a tight and sometimes busy cross section, main parking is tight and didn’t learn about the other hotel lot until I was checking out and asking about it. Room was cleaned only once, and after first night only the bathroom was cleaned, bed should of been made as well if coming into the room to clean etc.

The room was large,the bathroom modern and clean,close to the place I needed for taking my bus to my trip....Good hotel just for short staying...

The glasses were dirty,as well the fridge...I ciuldnt pay with holiday tickets, even if they said it will be possible....I found out only at the hotel that if you want to be accepted with this tipe of paiment ,you need to talk with them on the phone,and specify them this,and reserve...on the phone..if you reserve on booking with mastercard,at the hotel you must pay only with that Mastercard....For me was an unpleasant surprise,because I had not have such a problem with similar reservation,in the same city...with other hotels....I booked on Booking with my Master card but I payed with holiday tickets at the hotel....so,be aware!

Room clean and comfortable

The staff were unnecessarily rude, the plumbing was very noisy

Basic but comfortable room.

I wish the hotel would have informed me about ongoing renovation works during daytime in the hotel. I had no major issue with the works, but prior information would have been polite.

In my opinion, a 3-star hotel does not mean that it has to be a hotel without heat through radiators, dirt or rust everywhere, broken objects, and bored staff. Our stay was not as expected (low expectations) and we will not recommend it to anyone with a good sense of normality.

Easy to get to by bus from Buchatest Nord train station. Was everything we needed for one nights.
