Excellent location, near the excellent Pinewood restaurant
No extraction in the downstairs toilet. No shower. The spiral staircase.

There was quite an angry neighbour when we accidentally walked through their garden (we got slightly lost walking back from the beach and had followed the path the employee was taking) who sprayed us with a hose from their balcony - which was not unpleasant as it was 30 degrees! But there were 4 of us and I had a 2 year old and I am 6 months pregnant so was a bit unnecessary! But we do get that we walked the wrong way.
But it didn't take the shine away from the stay as it was beautiful and the staff are lovely!

The Villa was lovely for my family holiday. We all enjoyed our stay. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars all within east walking distance. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It could have done with a few more kitchen utensils (as we cook a lot) and better pillows but apart from that everything was brilliant. Also a very nice beach at the end of a path and my kids hired a boat there for the day too and went visiting some local bays.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk from a quiet beach. 5 minute walk to the centre of the town.
The spiral staircase, not good for the elderly.

We were there for a fishing trip so we weren't spending much time in the house except for sleeping.
The thing that was important to us was the parking and proximity to city center all of which were great.
Villa is a good value for money if you have more people with you, it was only two of us, in our case not so much.
One thing that I would like to point out was the host, he was really great and helpful, thanks for that!

Honestly we didn't mind but you can see that villa was really nice like 5-10 years ago but it is not really well maintained so time and guests are taking it's toll on it.

Excellent value for money property, very big garden, situated in nydri center and just steps away from the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. You have free acces to the pool next door from palmyra hotel. At the beach, the palmyra hotel staff can bring you food, beverages (just a phone call away).The staff is just great: very friendly, willing to help, answer questions. The garden also has a barbeque area which is well equiped and you can buy fresh fish from nydri market (it's a 15 minutes walk away, right through nydri center). Very good wifi.
The living area is very big and looks exactly like it does in the pictures
Although the place is really nice, the pictures do not present the full property so that you can be sure you take a well informed decission when selecting this property. You do have 3 bedrooms, but... The main bedroom is what you see in the pictures (the one with beige colours) and it is very nice.What you don't see in the pictures are the other 2 bedrooms (we saw only the foot of the bed of one of them): they are really small and dark so if you are 3 couples,2 of them will be a little disappointed. On the other hand, they are suitable for kids. The villa has only one shower (shower&toillet at 1st floor and 1 toillet at ground floor) and we had 2 days with cold water (but not really a complaint as we didn"t notice the staff to fix it). It has some unfixed items like broken umbrella, broken chair, in the garden you don't have the sofa from the pictures but you have a table with chairs. All in all, if we would have had clear pictures of all bedrooms, that would have been a fair, complete description of the property.

The stair to 1st floor. But it should not be an inconvenience for young and mid age tourists.

The green green garden!!! Big house with plenty of space for the whole family.
A welcome food basket and water in the fridge - nice gesture. Kitchen well equipped, also with a washing machine, which we also used.
You can order food and drinks in Palmyra hotel nearby, and also use their pool.
Rent-a-boat on the beach (50 m from the house) - we used it at very reasonable price for a day.
The double bed was too small for me and my husband since we are used to king-size one.
In the kitchen drawers there was a bed smell of mold, so we washed all we needed beforehand.

We had the villa which was amazing. Loads of space and really well equipped, right next to the hotel so we could use all the facilities. Staff were all really helpful, great weather and close to the beach what’s not to like
There were some small things but that would be picky. Overall everything was great
