Very good location close to old town (app. 15min walking), Nice view over the sea, Calm beach located near the appartment. Communication with owner was very kind. He organised for us aiport transfer for reasonable price.

The view from the terrace was incredible, one of the best we’ve ever had. Owners were friendly, quiet area, and the pet cat on the terrace was a huge bonus! 20 minute walk to the old town but Uber only cost €5.

The house is located in a quiet street with little traffic, and it is very convenient to park right outside the house. It is a great starting base for day trips in and around Dubrovnik. We loved the evening view from the terrace on the island Lokrum and Dubrovnik. There are small but fully equipped kitchen facilities (incl water cooker and microwave) to prepare breakfast or even a small meal. The apartment was very clean with an household amenities one might need during vacation (even a washing machine, iron and ironing board). One can see that this charming building has recently been renovated with a lot of care. The owner is very responsive and supporting, and we felt well taken care of. We liked a lot that the room (top floor under the roof) not only had air con, but also was easy to air by opening one or several of the three windows during night time - there was a cool breeze which made it the perfect temperature to sleep without the need to turn on the air con.

We did not quite get used to the rather soft and bouncy mattress. Also, the drain pipes in the bathroom seem to return odor back into the bathroom (esp when ventilation and air con are turned of). The owner informed us that this is a common Dubrovnik summer problem. The smell was much less after we covered the drain pipe next to the washing machine with a plastic bowl, but it might be best to completely cover this drain pipe properly with an airtight lock whenever not in use. Finally, it would be great if there were more hooks on the walls/doors of the apartment where we could hang towels/jackets.

The location is perfect if you are looking for something a bit quieter - is a 20 minute walk into the Old Town (and uphill on the way back to the apartment!) very close to Sveti Jakov beach The studio is very clean, modern, and feels very safe. There is also a shared terrace with your own sun lounger with stunning views across the sea to Lokrum

Can’t fault it - the apartment and hosts are lovely. Perhaps is not suitable for people with mobility issues as is all stairs and elevated from the road.

No windows with a view, only the terrace for that. It might be positive for some people, but it is 20min walk to the closest gate to center and more for around, but this is specific to Dubrovnik. Bus station is 5 min from the flat.

We stayed at the attic room for a quick stop in Dubrovnik. The accomodation is at a pleasant walking distance of the old city. There were a lot of facilities (smart-tv, kitchen equipment, laudry machine, …). The views when comming out of the front door made us speachless each time (this is also the view from the terrace). The host was also very friendly and helpfull. We could park in the street of the accomodation at 30m from the door, the street could get quite full though in the busy summer season. There were also a few nice kitty cat’s outside (if you love animals, you will love it), no kitty cat’s in the accomodation itself though.

Everything was perfect.

It is a very nice apartment with everything you may need (AC, small kitchen, washing machine...) for a short or even long stay. Perfect location if you rent a car since there is free public parking right in front the property and it is just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. We highly recommend it!

Excellent room size, furniture disposition, outside view, climatization (A/C), kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook, loads of amenities and useful toiletries for a traveller. Great rental for the price. The location is reasonably distant from the old city entrance and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Finding a parking spot nearby can be a matter of luck. Anyway, we always found one not very distant from the apartment.

Apartment was clean, everything for living was in there (for cooking, washing machine etc). Although, the frying pan was overused, but the owner kindly brought us the new one:)

It was the best stay ever...the view was great from the terrace and the house was fully equipped and clean. We had an amazing time. Thank you very much for the best host.
