El desayuno bastante completo, no una gran variedad, pero con detalles de calidad como el zumo de naranja natural y licuadora para hacerte batidos. La cena a mesa puesta, muy buen servicio, atención permanente del personal y la calidad de los platos fabulosa. Todo el tiempo te sientes a gusto, relajado y con interés del personal en que disfrutes del momento. Además la recepcionista no facilitó una habitación de mayor categoría. Una atención de agradecer.

Nada que decir. Hubo un pequeño problema porque el día que entramos estaban llenando la piscina, pero la pudimos usar enseguida. Con la habitación superior que nos dieron se superó cualquier inconveniente.

Lo principal que me gusto es el persnal que tienen:Nadia siempre con una sonrisa y ganas de que la estancia te sea agradable, Cristian con su ayuda en las bebidas y por supuesto Begoña en recepcion que te lo hae todo amigable y calmado.

Que no tengan todo Incluido seria otro punto a su favor. Pero si que volvería aunque no lo tuviera.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, Blick von oben und weitem auf Maspalomas und das Meer. Von karger Wüste umgeben , hat das Hotel den Flair einer Oase, sehr schön. Sehr angenehme Mitgäste erfreuen auch!

Essenszeiten für den Süden sehr früh, aber wohl geschätzt von den meisten Gästen. An einem von drei Abenden hatte der Koch wohl keinen guten Tag!

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliche Personal. Auch das kleine aber feine Kursangebot passt gut zum Konzept. Die Lage, inklusive Aussicht, ist phantastisch.

Wünschenswert wäre eine Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer und eine Salz- und Pfeffermühle auf den Tischen im Restaurant.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abendessen war immer Spitze. Super zum Relaxen. Schöne Aussicht, ruhig.

Frühstück gut, aber ausbaubar, z.B. mit Kuchen und/oder Cookies

The staff are absolutely amazing. It is like staying with good friends. They are obviously very happy working there and take pride in this beautiful hotel. They always take time for a chat. The hotel itself is very lovely. An amazing infinity pool with jacuzzi, everything spotlessly clean. There is also an open fire to sit comfortably around when the evenings get a bit chilly. The food was excellent. Nothing more you could need for the breakfast with friendly Sarah making sure you had everything you needed and even supplying extra cushions for me. Lunch also great and the evening meals were very very good, especially the barbecues of different cuts of meat and lovely fresh fish. Cannot fault it!

I found the double bed too large and not a fan of two beds together to make one. A mattress topper may have helped. The rooms were enormous but the bathrooms out of proportion as they could have been much larger and included a bath tub. I also enjoy hotels with coffee and tea facilities in your room. There was plenty of space to have this but they didn’t.
