We really enjoyed the property! Loved the location & awesome outdoor space! Great restaurants a few minutes away, such as Briarcliff Lighthouse & J5! Would stay here again!

Condo is small, but very conveniently located to Pace Bend Park. It was very quiet, which was great. The fridge is great, but stove and dishwasher are worn. No garbage disposal, limited kitchen supplies. (No hot pads or mittens for oven, or at least we couldn't find any.). Bring your own foil, plastic wrap, etc. if you plan to cook.

Such a cute condo and it was perfect for us! The location is great if you are in town for a concert at Luck or just want to explore the Spicewood area.

We slept like we were at home in the comfortable king bed. The entire condo was very clean! We totally enjoyed the tranquility of sitting on the deck watching the boaters on Lake Travis below. We definitely recommend this property!!!

Could not be closer to Pace Bend Park where we were running a race. Enjoyed the hot tub for relaxing post race. Beautiful view of the lake too. Condo was just the right size for two and had everything we needed.

Great location over looking lake Travis, loved the views and took advantage of the pool. Enjoyed the condo, easy to reserve, check-in and enjoyed the stay over the long Labor Day weekend. We had a blast and will come back.

We booked this property as part of attending the Luck Reunion. The location was perfect for the event, being so near to the site. The unit owner was flexible with arrival time, allowing us to check in early, since the unit was prepped when we stopped by to confirm the location. We were delighted with the property itself! The unit was well appointed for food and drink preparations. The waterside lounge furniture was fantastic. The lake side vibe was great. And the music and video entertainment devices surpassed our expectations. The location was both private enough for a getaway, yet close enough to order food and drink to the unit. The one tip I’d offer for those preparing your own food and libations would be to buy groceries in Lakeway or Spicewood, as the convenience stores nearby, while good in a pinch, had limited options. Also, I would recommend the unit most for a couple’s getaway. The owner was prompt in all correspondence. We would definitely choose this location again! Great experience, all around!

This was a wonderful getaway on the lake! The pool and hot tub are right outside the patio. Neighbors were incredibly friendly- I will note that one neighbor was obviously smoking weed throughout the day, so if you're sensitive to that smell it could be a downside. Next time we'll be more prepared in finding a boat rental or something, but for a weekend with kiddos it was great!

Condo was not clean, floors were filthy and dog pee on almost every rug. Neighbor smoked the green stuff frequently and smell came through the vents inside the condo. Awesome view and decent condo for the price. Still have not received our security deposit back 2 weeks later.
