Very spacious villa with fantastic views and great location. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean!

Few air-conditioners didn't work properly in the rooms especially in the main bedroom.

We stayed in Villa number 34. The accommodation was amazing with everything we needed and more. The views were incredible from here and also from the top of Palheiro village at Vista Balancal restaurant at the golf club.

If I had to choose something then it would just be lack of supermarket facilities in easy walking distance. But cannot fault anything about the property itself, one of the most stunning places I’ve ever stayed.

Outdoor areas, views from all front rooms and spaciousness. Club pool was very clean and heated.

This property has an issue with ants. From the minute we arrived. We did not have food around and there were ants on the dining table, couches, floors, toilet seat, crawling up my leg, the worst was ants in the master bed, between the sheets and on the pillows every day we were there. Oddly enough not in the kitchen area where the ant trap was. The only option given to us was to spray or have a pest team come in, neither of which is a good option during a vacation stay. This property is also in need of upgrades and some TLC. I had to clean one of the toilets (see pic) as some nasty brown liquid was leaking on it. The high pitch squeal from the fridge was very annoying and the beds were very uncomfortable not to mention crawling with ants. And finally we were told that the hot tub had been serviced prior to our arrival but the service man showed up banging on the door on our second day to do the service. Having to let a service man in during our stay was not welcomed.

Large house. Own jaccuzi in the garden. Good outdoor pool on the park. Nice views.

Sound from the road. Modest kitchen. You need a car for everything.

Everything was perfect! We loved this comfortable villa with a beautiful view to Funchala, port and ocean.

Beautiful House! Great view from every room! Great Terrasse, perfectly Equipped kitchen. Great bbq, and short walk to the pool. Close to funchal. 10 min to oldtown funchal.

Absolutely fantastic location - balcony and sea view in every room. Well stocked kitchen, lovely living room and bedrooms. Wonderful veranda with view of Funchal. Felt safe, luxurious and special. Amazing swimming pool.
