Beautiful location with a Loch view. Great breakfast selection of hot and cold foods made to order. Plenty of parking space. Rooms were spotlessly clean, comfy bed linen and pillows. Great power shower. Walkable location to all the great spots in Ullapool and restaurants.

Beautiful place and excellent value. Would definitely stay again. We did get a message before our stay to say the room was small and if we had big luggage perhaps it was not the room for us. We only stayed one night and it was absolutely perfect with ample space. Maybe if you are a bit on the large side yourself, then you might want to book a larger room!

Dram of Whiskey or Sherry on Check In. Manager guy and breakfast staff were really nice. Cosy lounge to sit in and look over the loch. Room and bathroom adequate size and comfortable bed. Free parking outside hotel and only a short dander into town. Good selection of breakfast.

Great location within easy walking distance to Ullapool.The hotel was immaculate and decorated to a high standard with a huge sitting room overlooking Loch Broom.A very good choice for breakfast.

We had a twin room as this was the only room available when we booked the room was immaculate but small and was fine for one night stay.

Can not fault anything with this place at all. other than We only stayed one night. Lovely friendly staff location was great, with a spectacular view over the loch. Just a short walk into town and you have a few pubs and restaurants. Next time we would stay longer.

Such a nice B&B! Stayed here on our NC500 trip. Stayed in a Loch side cabin which was spotlessly clean and modern! Was worth the extra spend! Alan who checked us in was very welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

The property is lovely with, clean and comfortable rooms. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived early to get out of the rain. we were offered seats in a wonderful lounge area overlooking Loch Broom. Breakfast was great and again taken care of by smiling, attentive staff.

The only negative is that the public restrooms in the lobby area provided a non-disposable towel meant to be used by everyone. An air dryer would be more in line with current health safety regulations.

Absolute gem of a place, rooms are small but beautifully finished and exceptionally clean. We were met with a warm welcome and had a great stay. Fantastic breakfast, will definitely return.

Bedroom was quite small, but adequate. However the shower room was tiny.

Great location with a fabulous view, close to the Ullapool eateries and ferries, and a superb lounge where you can consume your own drinks. Great breakfast with very pleasant staff. The rooms, described as "small" are just that but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay.

TV reception is poor. Considering we had just spent 10 days in the Outer Hebrides with no problems at all, this was disappointing. We were thankful for that reason alone that we were there for only 1 night.

It is a really lovely property with happy staff who go above and beyond. It is in a beautiful location, definitely get a loch view room. Stunning find. A good stop on the NC500.
