En general todo espectacular, habitación grande con mucha sensación de amplitud, decoración, baño, etc. excelente.

La cama de matrimonio pequeña para dos personas y el colchón estaba deformado. No pudimos descansar. Y es una lástima porque hace que no valores el resto de cosas positivas.

Hay una zona común con servicios gratis como hervidor de agua, agua potable, bolsitas de infusiones y café. También hay cuenta de netflix gratis. La comisión por persona y noche es poca cantidad, fue lo único que tuvimos que pagar extra.

Por decir algo, el grifo del aseo es largo y el lavabo pequeño, por lo que lavarse la cara es difícil. Y en la ducha falta más mampara porque sale el agua fuera.

El hotel esta ubicado cerca de varias estaciones y tiene restaurantes y supermercado en su alrededor.

La temperatura del cuarto estuvo muy fria, aun cambiando la configuracion del equipo, este tomó casi toda la noche en calentarse. Pueden agregar un bote de basera en el cuarto.

El lugar muy tranquilo, las instalaciones nuevas y muy a mi estilo. Me gustan las cosas diferentes, me aburren los típicos hoteles llenos de gente

En las dos ocasiones no hubo nada que no me gustara.

This hotel listing is so fraudulent, it is close to being a scam. It is not a hotel, but rather ground-level business premises made into rooms. As such, do not expect any facilities at all. The breakfast is NOT provided at the property as advertised, but rather at the bar next door. It is definitely not a full English, nor Italian breakfast. Just a coffee, bottled juice, and a pastry. You might not get one at all if the bar decides not to open that day. The "snack bar" at the property is just a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee. The room did not even have a wardrobe, and the bugs in the room bit me every night. Rooms barely have windows, but not worth paying the premium for the "garden view" either: this means your room will be facing the park on the opposite road. Avoid at all costs.

Welcoming receptionist, helpful and informative, great free tea and coffee station. Easily located for the olympic stadium 25 mins walking distance. 2 mins to shopping centre, breakfast just around the corner.

All fine except that is written in my bill on booking that breakfast is included in the price and breakfast there isn’t at all

breakfast for me isn’t important but for two child of 2 and 3 years old is very important

Room was beautiful, huge, clean and very nicely decorated. Large window, and had a good blackout curtain for nighttime. Bathroom was also beautiful, and the tub was much loved.

A chair or somewhere to sit in the room besides on the bed. There was plenty of room for one.

I went to this hotel on a girls trip with my friends. we loved the room, it was very spacious, clean and new. we arrived early at the hotel and luckily our room was ready so we checked in early. the hotel is located in a very good location, it has metro and bus stations very close, a mall and lots of good restaurants and small shops. even though it has a good location, it might be tricky to find the entrance, but we asked someone who was happy to help us. the bath has towels, toiletries, hair dryer

the only minus for this hotel is that the reception is open only from 10.30 AM to 8 PM
