Location is good and the room is adequate for a short stay.

The bed could be a little softer and the pillows not so soft. New staff on reception with only 2 days training can be forgiven.

A cute little hotel, great for 1-2 night stay.

Bed uncomfy. Not the biggest breakfast menu/options however the beef pho was lovely.

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was great!

For some odd reason the cleaning people used my toothbrush to unclog the sink drain (there was soap in it) and then put my toothbrush back in the cup were I could have accidentally used it again. I could tell because there was white soap residue on the bottom of the tooth brush and the sink was then unclogged.

Quiet, central location within walking distance of many of Vientiane's popular sites. OK breakfast from the cafe downstairs, and several other nice cafes/restaurants close by.

The only view, being of next door's brick wall, was none too charming, while the in-room safe was not bolted down and could easily be picked up.

Nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights, good location but still quiet at night. Good value considering it is a city centre hotel. The rooms are quite basic, and old fashioned, but clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The only complaint is there is no elevator. I understand the hotel does not have the space for installing an elevator. It's better to let the customers know not to bring big luggage.

Really nice rooms that have recently been updated. Very thing was clean and the location was ideal. The hotel is centrally located in Vientiane but its tucked away on a side street so its nice and quiet.

Check in went fine - we discovered no elevator & our room was on the 3rd floor - big challenge with overseas luggage

The staff does not have any idea how to make any changesto a reservation. We checked out early but did not get a refund as promised.

Off of main road - very quiet. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy to walk to food and restaurants.

Shower had lukewarm water, never got 'hot'. Pressure was medium. Outlets on one side of bed. In January their cafe was not making food, so for breakfast they said they ordered 'out'. We requested breakfast at 8 am in order to get to airport they were not ready at that time so we skipped eating there. No outside sitting area. No view out of window, just a wall of another building.

Right in the city centre. The festive district with everything there. Walking is the past time.

Clean, decorated in a 1950ish style, new-seeming building. Simple but refreshing little fountain near the entry. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very tasty selections for breakfast which is included in room fee. Located near many places to eat and drink, and within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to do and see.

Not much. Guess an elevator might be nice, but not really needed.

I was my first time in Vientiane and I will definitely stay here again when I come back. The value for money is exeptional. But money should not come first. The people working at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The room was really big, the bed was excellent, and the bathroom very nice with an excellent shower. It´s a modern hotel which was built in a tradional style so expect to benefit from both worlds. Superb!
