Large, airy, very clean: the photos don't do it justice! The balcony was lovely for a morning coffee. We stayed in August with temperatures in the 30s and the aircon was extremely effective. Three TVs, all Netflix capable, when it's time to chill out. Two showers with rainfall shower heads.The complex is very quiet. The location was incredible for access to the Vatican and transport (metro just 5 min walk away). Plenty of places to eat nearby, and lots of convenience stores. Just excellent: would definitely stay again.

Wifi could be a bit patchy and slow. Also there were only two knifes in the cutlery drawer. And that's about it for negative.

It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning was key, as Rome was extremely hot when we were there. The neighborhood was literally across the road from The Vatican, filled with charming cafes, shops and restaurants. We took a leisurely 30-minute walk to The Spanish Steps for dinner. It was lovely! Our children particularly enjoyed the TVs, with access to YouTube and Netflix, as well as the wifi.

We met the host at the apartment - check in was swift and straight forward. Apartment is enormous and more than enough space for the 4 of us. Renovations were of top quality, and there is even some history of the building. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Although we didn't use it, the cooking facilities would have been plenty should cooking be needed. Apartment is on the 5th floor with lift, with access to rooftop which is lovely in the evening. There is a dizzying amount of light switches which was a little confusing, and was also somewhat entertaining so no negative impact. We found everything in Rome is expensive so taking that into account then the property is good value. We would definitely recommend this for its location and comfort.

There was a bad smell that came out of the extra toilet, likely due to some kind of drainage problem so made our stay a bit uncomfortable when we were in the apartment in the evening but during the day we opened all the doors and windows which temporarily helped. We notified the owners about this and imagine the owners would fix this when we vacate so wouldn't expect this to be a long term issue for others.

Location îs great near the Vatican. Metro station 3 min away. Apartment îs nice and comfortable.

Location was outstanding. Apartment was very clean and large. Bedrooms were very large two bathrooms made it very comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed although we only made coffee. the restaurants in the neighborhood were great.

A user guide for all the lights and the heating system would be helpful.

Perfect location near Vatican. Apartment had two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Lots of TVs. Quiet 5th floor away from traffic noise. Lovely condo garden area. Pleasant welcome.

No central lounge but had nice central kitchen area. Microwave would be useful.

The hostess is very kind and always ready to help, I really enjoyed the hospitality. The apartment is perfect, all the furniture and decoration is of high quality, it has everything you need to spend your time in Rome. The location is perfect, next to the Vatican, all types of transport are available at the door. Hope go back again in sometime soon.

The place is excellent, Just have 2 points the be improved, the power of the water in the smaller bathroom is a little weak and the air conditioning didn't cool down that much either, even at full power, otherwise I have nothing to complain about.

The location, beds, bathrooms and size of apartment

We asked and confirmed multiple times to meet the host out front at a specific time, but we waited half an hour and then had to call and the nice cleaning lady who finally checked us in did not speak any english

The location was excellent, very central, only a 7 minute walk to the Vatican and the metro was very close too. The host, Ilaria, was very nice and she always helped us with whatever we needed. The A/C was perfect.
