We are a group of grade school friend, some grandmothers, who get together. We all agreed this has been the best rental. Close to everything we needed. We biked, walked, shopped and had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Thank you

We were very pleased with this property. The listing is accurate. Clean and spacious. Thoughtful touches such as lawn games, inside board games, TV in each bedroom are a few examples. Location is nice in quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend this property/host.

The house was immaculate,the beds were really comfortable and we felt right at home. The property owners were easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our second time staying here. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the house was very clean and spacious.

Everything was in perfect condition. Lovely furnishings, beautiful decor. Like new! Very clean!! Loved all the little touches such as cute shower curtains and hooks, salt and pepper shakers, pictures, pillows, kitchen things, comfortable beds as well as couches, etc. Loved the dining room with that great table, then the kitchen with it’s nice table and yet another nice, large table in the screened porch. The outdoor patio and furniture is comfortable and inviting, along with a grill, umbrella and even games.. With the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus the wonderful outdoor shower, could easily have two couples and even a kid or two. Walking distance to several fun places. Looking forward to returning next year, hopefully!

This was an excellent stay! The owners were very easy to contact and friendly. We loved that thwy had lawn games in the shed for the evenings when we weren't at the beach. We loved that they supplied beach chairs, umbrella, toys, SO MUCH! They even had food storage containers. This house makes us understand why people have beach houses.

My family and I stayed for a long weekend getaway and couldn't have been more satisfied with the accommodations, location and cleanliness of the house. The owners are extremely helpful and respond to questions/inquiries right away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location that is only a short drive to other parts of the cape such as Chatham and Harwich. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation/getaway

Photos do not do this lovely property justice. Quiet but well located, clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and a charming screened dining room as well as an outdoor entertaining space, well stocked kitchen and everything needed for the beach in the shed. Couldn't ask for more responsive owners. Happy to recommend!

This home is very warm and welcoming. Very spacious and updated. Great location as it is near the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. On a nice quiet street where you can relax in the yard or in the oversized back porch after a day at the beach, golfing or bike ride on the rail trail. We used the house as we are remodeling a seasonal cottage close by.

This house is exactly what you think of when you think of the Cape. It was clean and accommodations for the whole family. The only thing is that some of the outlets weren’t working. I know the owner is planning on fixing this sometime over the summer. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire process. She even provided her cell phone number in case we needed to reach her. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

My daughters and I had a wonderful working vacation at this beautiful property. Easy check-in and check-out; super clean, quiet and comfortable. It was everything we could have hoped for! Being mid-cape, it was so easy to get around - 20 mins. in any direction seems to get you everywhere! We especially enjoyed the 3 dining spaces (kitchen/dining area/screened porch) - it made every meal special! Walking distance to the beach was everything! Even in April, we soaked up the sun and beautiful ocean views! We felt so at home, it was sweet sorrow to have to end our stay. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit it again! Lovely hosts and a perfect Cape Cod getaway!

We loved this place! First time visiting the Cape and it was such a great spot. I would definitely return again. The location was perfect if you want to explore the cape. We loved how it was in the middle and an easy drive to both Provincetown and the ferries. We enjoyed eating at the Den and the Cape Cod Creamery! We came before everything was open for the season, but there was still plenty to do. The home’s kitchen was stocked perfectly, the decor is cute and inviting, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked well. Definitely recommend staying here! For my own selfish purposes I should be saying don’t stay here so it is always available when I come ;) we loved it!

This property worked very well for a long weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked of utensils and other items like pots and pans. We liked the flow from the kitchen through dining room into the great room. It was comfortable and enough space to spread out. The location was excellent. We felt were were close to anything needed such as restaurants, beach, and biking. Yet the house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts do a fabulous job of providing info on the area with regard to food and activities - all very informative and thorough. We appreciated this as it was our first time to the area.

We enjoyed our time with family here! The porch was such a nice addition and we had lunch each day out there. The house was sunny & bright which we enjoyed and had all the amenities we needed. The kids enjoyed the large block set and games! The electronic door lock was a nice feature and so easy to use.Minor things to point out, the guest bathroom door lock didn’t work reliably, so the children could interrupt a shower. And the photos on the website were hard to interpret the accurate size of the rooms, I was surprised to find a smaller space than I expected based on pictures. A layout photo or walkthrough would be useful. The freezer door only opens about half way, which we got a good laugh out of, but fortunately didn’t need to fit anything in there, bc it would not be possible. We found a number of the windows partly opened and unlocked but went around making sure they were latched, but that did make me slightly uncomfortable at first. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Nicely arranged, great fireplace, well-equipped kitchen. The queen bed is too soft for us, but overall the house is nicely furnished. We certainly would go back.

We had such a wonderful time at this house. It was super clean, freshly renovated, comfortable, and perfect for our family new year's getaway. The kitchen is well equipped which made for easy cooking. (Plus lovely hosts who made the whole thing easy and a pleasure) We look forward to staying again during the summer months!

Our stay at Sarah and Brian’s house was amazing! The house was just as described and incredibly clean. The location was perfect, a quick 10-15 min walk to the closest beach. The shed is stacked with beach chairs and a ton of lawn games, which we took out to play in the backyard. Sarah was quick to respond to any inquiries or requests, and was clearly looking to make our stay the best it could be!

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful cape home! It is a perfect location to all of our favorite Dennis Port activities. The home is meticulously clean, well stocked for essentials, and feels cozy and welcoming. Overall amazing!!

We had a great week! From the moment we saw the house, everything was just as advertised... even better! Very clean, great location, space for everyone to enjoy and relax. Easy check in and out..Great communication and we loved every minute! We enjoyed the beach, riding bikes, relaxing on the patio after dinner and playing in the yard. And of course everyone loved the outdoor shower! We can’t wait to go back! Thanks Brian and Sarah!

This was our 2nd year staying at this property, and we were just as pleased as the 1st year! The house is extremely clean, and well laid out to host 2 families. There is plenty of space to spread out when you want, yet the living room, dining room & screened in porch (our favorite feature) are all large enough to seat our group of 7. Great location to shopping, dining & the beaches! We will be back :)

We had such a great time at their house in dennisport. The owners were so easy to work with and the communication with them was amazing especially dealing with Covid regulations this year. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. I would refer this to anyone and totally rent again !

The owners were extremely helpful during the entire process since COVID-19 was possibly changing our plans up until 2 weeks prior to our vacation. They kept in contact with us every step of the way. The house is just as great as it looks in the pictures, and has everything you need for a great vacation. I was impressed on how clean it was when we arrived. We had an awesome time

All remodeled and fresh and clean. Very comfortable layout. Terrific location...close to beach, coffee shops and restaurants, good location for traveling all around the Cape. Hosts couldn't have been nicer and more responsive.

June Winds was exactly what the doctor ordered for our vacation this past July!!! The location was perfectly situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The outdoor shower was refreshing after a long day at Mayflower Beach! Dennis Port is such a great home base to travel all over the cape. We made so many great memories, and are seriously considering a two week vacation next year! Thank you Brian and Sarah for opening up your beautiful home to us!! We wanted for nothing while we were there. Thank you!!! (PS.. I cried for two days because I miss it so much!!)
