This is one of those places that makes it hard to leave and that you for sure want to return to!! Clean, clean clean! Easy to get lost on the porch just relaxing. Great host and great experience!

Beautiful home located on golf course, clean. Well maintained. When we checked in the first pm home was warm. Like 75, turned on unit and nothing was blowing out. Messaged owner who gave us a few pointers on operations of unit. Three levels, 3 thermostats. Was very quick to respond. Due to no fault of anyone, Ac wasn't working . Owner sent out repairman. And unit couldn't be fixed. We stayed in contact with owner and he offered a refund since we had to leave. It was 80 inside the next day. He was very easy to work with and apologized for our issues. We will stay again once the ac issue is fixed. My kids love the house and jacuzzi

It was a lovely home and area. Beautiful bedrooms and great game area. We did suggest they purchase new pots and pans.

Quiet and secluded, it’s a nice and clean place to stay. The beds are lacking in size and quantity. Mattress need replacing.

Great place to enjoy. We had everything we needed. Excellent hiking to waterfalls and around the mountain behind the clubhouse.

Nice cabin for a weekend stay. Well equipped. Nice hot tub. Owner was quick to respond to question. Nice for couples and family with kids.

Cabin was beautiful and clean we will definitely be back. We had a little trouble getting in probably because we are terrible at combination locks lol but other than that we couldn't have had a better stay.

A little disappointed with the wifi not working the TV. DVD player not working. Didn't try to contact owner due to reviews. Other than that all was good.

We stayed in this home several years ago and it seems several things in the home now need to be tended to. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The hot tub definitely was not clean. No pool for use. Downstairs TV doesn’t work. The owner wasn’t concerned when I mentioned those items. We love the area and that made up for lack of comfort in the home. Most likely would not stay here again.

The house accommodated our family relatively well. It was spacious and well equipped. The only challenge we definitely had was the main floor toilet was not easily flushed- we had to remove the back and tend the float often. The other is the king size mattress was horrible. It sagged visibly and the frame squeaked with every move. I would advise that prior to arrival make sure you have received a check-in email with the essential access code. We did not receive any email even after payment confirmation and hadn’t realized. We still have never received our email and the correct phone number. Thankfully VRBO staff were able to reach the owner and help us reach him. Definitely not a battle you need after a long road trip. Everything else was very nice including the neighbors who were very compassionate with our plight.

Check in was easy and house in good location for the area. Inadequate parking at the top of a steep driveway. Ad mentions tennis courts and pool which was a reason we booked it so our 3 tear old grandson could swim. After driving all over the resort with no luck finding the pool, we contacted the property manager who told us the pool had been filled in. That didn't set well with us as we feel we were misled. The layout of the house is nice but could use a more "thorough" cleaning as we discovered old food crumbs under the cabinet by the door entrance. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and bathrooms were in order. We had a hard time getting the ice dispenser on the fridge to work and finally just gave up on that. The tv downstairs in the game room wouldn't work so again a call to the manager. Left a message as he didn't pick up and never returned the call...gave up on that too. It was nice to play a few games on the pool table but it desperately needs to be recovered and leveled. The dartboard is a complete disaster as also the walls and drop ceiling are damaged badly. We spent the week hiking, visiting waterfalls, and letting our grandson swim in some of the local watercolors. We enjoyed our vacation despite the things mentioned above. We're still undecided if we would stay here again but leaning more towards not.

We had a few hiccups in booking, but after that was worked out there were a few other mi or cleanliness issues. I’m assuming the owner or their kids were there for July 4th and there were towels in the washer, a used contact lense on a bedside table in the loft and an earring back in the floor of the loft. There seems to be an issue with the insulation or the HVAC, each evening the loft would heat up to over 78 with the thermostat at 65. I’m not sure if the cleaning supplies were intended to be left out but they were on the table when we checked in. Over all we had a good trip. We cleaned the house before leaving so that the cleaning crew wouldn’t have much to do.

The house was very spacious and clean. Easy to find and great location close to the venue where my daughter was getting married. Had everything you could need and a wonderful place to stay. Loved the huge bathroom on the main floor and updated kitchen.

We stayed here so we could hike several of the nearby trails as it's just a few minutes from Table Rock State Park. The house was clean and mostly comfortable with plenty of space. Our kids loved playing pool. The hot tub was nice, especially after a day of hiking, but it takes a long time to warm up, so I recommend setting the temp you want well before you want to get in. Our only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable.

We were attending a wedding and preparing the cake/cupcakes. This house had all the room necessary to accommodate the baking, sleeping, and proximity to venue. We also were able to bring our dog! The place is very nice and in a community where the people were friendly. Also close to stores, restaurants, etc.....I would not hesitate to stay again.

Had a great weekend. Unable to use sleeper sofa for adult. Would be great to have a welcome book with wi-fi password and sign on and general instructions.

This home is near many state forest parks. It is very spacious and it has all the amenities you need for comfortable stay. Everything was great except two things. 1.WiFi password on instruction was incorrect. We called the owner but couldn't get anyone and the voicemail was full. We were able to locate the actual password on the router. 2. The matress in the master bedroom really needs to be replaced. Overall, it is a great place to stay. We loved the hot tub and pool table.

At first, it was a bit dark, as we showed up later in the evening. However, upon opening up and looking throughout the house, it was absolutely beautiful! The kids had a blast playing pool, throwing darts and sleeping in the loft. The adults had a wonderful morning coffee on the back porch. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay!!

Good location and what we needed to just get away for a little while. Really liked the nearby towns and mountains.

Home is larger than it appears in photos ; even though owner identifies square footage I didn’t expect the living room /kitchen to be as large as it was (it was as large as I prefer ); 10 minutes to Table Rock State Park; had all of our meals at cabin (including Thanksgiving) , hiked each day , played pool, darts and enjoyed the hot tub; our dogs loved it as well - especially nice to let them hang out on the second story porch safely. Disregard any old negative reviews - none of those issues came up at all.

Wonderful and peaceful experience at this cabin. Tucked away and private.

loved the spacious and airy accommodations. Very nicely appointed. Kids loved the pool table. Nice 65" tv in living room.

My family and I stayed three nights and found the accommodations to be comfortable and close to table rock and some of the other area attractions. Would stay there again. Covered porch and hot tub were nice and the kitchen was great. Parking for two cars was no issue. Some of the furniture is a little old and could use replacing but was fine for a short stay. Internet and tv were good and the kids liked the pool table and darts when it was raining. Some of the other reviews made us slightly hesitant but there were no issues worth mentioning during our stay. The door lock box was slightly confusing but we figured it out. Could use a better explanation of how it works in the check in details. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Ok I am going to try to cover all the points I was looking for in a review. We had a few issues with the house but the owner was good about making sure we were happy despite a few disappointments. I am going to try to give you a good list of pros and cons and general information I would have found helpful. First of all here is the layout of the house... Main floor: 1 bedroom with a full size bed Laundry room attached to bedroom Main bathroom Large kitchen with many amenities Dining area off kitchen Living room with 1 couch and 1 chair Beautiful covered porch with rocking chairs Basement: 1 bedroom with full size bed Jack and Jill adjoining bathroom that has a 1/2 bath joined to the game room and bedroom with a shower/tub combo in the middle. Game room with pool table, dart board (never found any darts), and games. Newer looking nice couch that I think is a fold out bed. Loft: 1 king size bed I would recommend this place but there are certain things advertised that we were not able to enjoy so I want others to know what to expect. Pros: * Nice size home * Very clean!!! * Pool table * Big kitchen with all you need to cook * Gorgeous bathroom on main floor * Big soaker tub & Large separate shower * Rocking chairs on main porch Cons: * Hot tub was not functioning and looked like it had not had power to it for a while. The water was green and smelled bad. This is a reoccurring issue from several reviews so if the hot tub is a reason you want this property just know there’s a good chance it won’t be working. * gas grill was not in working order, owner said he was going to replace it so you may need to verify if grilling is in your plans. * gas heater in living room was not working * washing machine quit working in the middle of the cycle the second time I washed clothes and I never could finish that load of laundry, tried several things but nothing worked. * Kitchen cookware like cookie sheets and pans are worn out but still can be used. * Contact information for the owner is not correct on the listing so getting in touch with him can be a bit challenging. I’d suggest messaging before your stay and asking for his cell#. In addition to this list, just know it takes about a week to get your damage deposit back, just so you are prepared for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house as long as you come in with the right expectations you should enjoy it.

Though we enjoyed our stay...there were some issues.  The downstairs bedroom had a leak and noxious odor so it could not be used.  Neither we nor VRBO could contact the owner either via phone or email.  The contact information listed (as well as the WiFi codes) was out of date.  My son slept on the pull out couch in the game room which was pretty uncomfortable for him.  The main floor bedroom had a horrible old mattress and my other son and his wife slept poorly as they had to fight to not roll into one another.  The loft bed was fine.  3 bed / 3 bath is technically accurate but not practically.  The 3rd bedroom is a loft and so shares the main floor bathroom  with the main floor bedroom.  There are two bathroom on the lowest floor.  The damage deposit seemed excessive but we are not a wild bunch and I knew we would leave the home is perfect order.  I tried to document and text the owner about the damage we found upon our arrival but never got a response.  I used the phone number provided by VRBO since the listed number didn't work.  I am hoping that my deposit is returned promptly.   There is no fireplace but a gas "wood stove" which didn't work.  The house was clean and well located for our purposes. The common areas were comfortable and roomy...plenty of space for the five of us adults. 

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. So much to see & do in the area that we were gone most of the time. The pool table was an added plus. Loved the giant T.V. for watching sports. Mr. Banker was super nice & we loved being able to take our dogs without a hefty charge. PLan to return next year!

We had a wedding for our son nearby and wanted a place to hangout with our family after the rehearsal. It was so nice and we loved the jacuzzi and playing games on the pool table. The place was very clean and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 2 day stay for a wedding. Would have loved to explore the beautiful area more. The cabin was great, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Only things we would have changed were more comfortable mattresses in the loft and main bedroom and hot tub probably needs a filter cleaning, the water was clean but there was some sand/dirt in the seats.

The cabin is located in the beautiful Table Rock area! The cabin was clean, accommodating and provided a peaceful experience. I would recommend it to future guests. If I could provide a bit of constructive criticism, it would be about the communication. I sent an initial email upon booking, text prior to arrival, text during the stay, an email after (didn’t receive our deposit refund on time), and they all went unanswered. The only time I conversed with the property manager is when he contacted me about changing out a bed in the middle of our stay. Other than this, our stay was great!
