Hôtel propre, confortable. Bien rénové, bien situé.

Il est dommage que le site de l'hôtel ne soit pas à jour concernant le restaurant qui était noté fermé...et qui était ouvert. Nous aurions aimé en profiter .

Problème avec la Wifi

Le cadre est agréable, le personnel très bien. Chambre confortable. Nourriture très bonne au bar.

La connexion Wi-Fi n'était vraiment pas bonne. D'autant plus que le réseau téléphonique ne passait pas trop pour moi. Une bonne partie de mon séjour dépendait d'une bonne connexion Wi-Fi, mais malheureusement ça n'était pas le cas. La connexion sautait beaucoup, disparaissait, réapparaissait.

I’m a man traveling solo and thought it fine. I know plenty of people who would have complained about the room safe not working, the presence of mold on the walls, the reality that the restaurant wasn’t open and the fact that no one seemed to be working the bar. if you come to this hotel, in other words, you HAVE to have a car in order to get around and eat. Basically, it seems like their business isn’t going well. Again, fine by me, and it is quiet and close to some great hikes, but other people would be a little bummed by the overall sense of fatigue.

the hotel is 10min drive minutes away from the start to the vulcano la Suffriere. Bed was good, the room clean and the breakfast was good

the light in front of the rooms is on the wole night and shines in the room 211 directly on the bed. the room was never dark.
