This place is beautiful. Tommy Bahama decor throughout the house. Main house 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Everything you could need. Kitchen updated with appliances, spices, etc... The extra apartment downstairs with a kitchenette, full bathroom & cabana room walk out to pool area. Nice surprise which worked out. Short walk to beach 10 minutes at most. Times square 10 minutes for eats, happy hour. Definitely would rent from David again, very responsive. Only minor issue (lights in cabana room). I miss Florida already, only been home 24 hrs. Thank you David for helping us out 1 week prior to arriving as we had a situation as we were left without accommodations. You came through forever grateful.

Great place and location

House was in beautiful neighborhood and perfect location for our beach trip. The wagons, cooler, beach umbrellas, & beach towels that were provided were very convenient! Everything about the trip was great!

We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities that were offered.

Everything was just as advertised! Location was great to beach and Times Square. We even walked from condo over bridge to Doc Ford’s! One of outside lightbulbs which was too high for us to reach was out and Manager responded quickly to replace it. I would definitely recommend it !

We can’t say enough about this property!! We have 10 people staying at the house and never felt cramped!!! The location was perfect, so close to the beach and nightlife!! Awesome pool, lounge chairs for the beach, pool rafts, and coolers!!!! David the owner was so nice, responsive and easy to work!! We will be staying here again!!!!! Thank You

This house has everything you need for a memorable vacation. Great backyard and pool. Short walk to the beach. And all the appliances, toys, and in between items you will need to enjoy your stay. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. If you like what you see, I'd book it.

We originally planned to have 12 staying at your Palermo residence this past week but, due to unforeseen circumstances, Grandma and Grandpa could not make the trip this year. Even though we were not in attendance, everyone had a good time without us.All of our grandchildren raved about how beautiful every room was decorated and, "all the TVs". The best part of the vacation for them was using your pool. Some days from sun up to sun down. What more do teenagers, pre-teens and little ones need. Our adult children were very impressed with the entire design and floor plan. They said there was more than enough space and bathrooms for everyone and felt that if Grandma and Grandpa were there no one would have felt crowded. Best of all, no complaints from anyone. We look forward to next year and the possibility of renting again. Hopefully we will see you then.

Loved the house and location—was everything we needed for our stay near the beach.

This was my first time using VRBO and I chose this property after speaking with David, the owner. I was traveling with my wife and 4 young children and wanted to go with a house/owner that I trusted. David was kind, responsive, and seemed very organized. The house represented him well. Everything was as described in e-mails prior to arriving. The house was VERY clean, organized and comfortable. All beds and bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated as described. I did not imagine us using the screened porch in the front of the house, but it was great for a quiet drink at night or coffee in the morning. The downstairs cannot be accessed from the inside of the house, but is a really nice living area/pool house and separate apartment (we could have brought another couple or even Mom!). The pool is clean (maintained weekly) and the yard is impeccable. The walk to the beach was fine for my elementary age kids. Wagons and beach gear provided in garage helped! Beaches were crowded for the weekend/Presidents Day, but pristine during the week. I was not familiar with the area, and there is an abundance of bars and restaurants along a pretty busy stretch of road. The location of the house is ideal as it is off this busy stretch, but close enough to walk to all. We enjoyed the liveliness of the area and also escaped to quiet beaches (boat rental) as well as state parks. David has a helpful binder in the house with his recommendations for restaurants and activities. Restaurants and food in the area were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this property if visiting this area.

We had a wonderful time at Ft Myers! The house was perfect and had everything you could think of and more! The pool was warm, had multiple lounge chairs and the downstairs fridge was a plus! Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, spice rack and much more. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating! Short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would highly reccomend this house if you are looking to stay in Fort Myers!

This house was everything we needed for our Girls Getaway (party of 5). It is spacious, clean, and just as the reviews state it has EVERYTHING you need for a successful getaway. From towels and beach gear, to plastic cups for the beach, and wine glasses for home...this home is great. The location is wonderful, back in the neighborhood away from the busy of town, but a VERY easy walk to whatever you need. Owner was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times.

This property is even bigger and better in person than in the pics. It was extremely clean and well stocked - all you need are personal toiletries and food. We had more than enough space for 8 adults. The location is perfect, with the beach and town an easy walk away. The owner is very professional and responsive. I'd book this house again!

Awesome place to stay , very close to beach and everything you need

When I write these reviews, I try to keep in mind that people read these for honest reviews. I am very straight forward and want to give as much information as possible to other possible renters. *Local Contact - Easy to reach and responded timely *Check-in Process - Piece of cake *Location - I would say you are a couple of blocks away from beach if you go by the way the bird flies. Probably more like a 3 block walk? Note - Neighbors are very close but hidden from bushes/trees. Keep in mind it is a neighborhood so you have to be quiet in evenings. If you party it up, it could draw attention. *Pool - Heated and very clean. Nice lounge chairs. Pool sits on West side of home, so you get sun starting late morning into late evening. This does keep the pool a little on cool side *Home - Has lower level and upper level ---Lower level - This is where the garage is located. Easy parking. Lower level is almost a unit in itself. Good for grandma and grandpa. ---Upper level - This is what would be considered the "Main" house. Has everything you need and lots of space. Beds are comfortable. Really enjoyed the screened porch on front of home. Gives you a place to go when it is raining. In our case, it rained a lot. ---Garage has all beach stuff you need ---Other thoughts/comments/suggestions *Only thing your really need to pickup before arriving are Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and alcohol! That will get you through the first night before you head over to Publix the next day. *Easy 30 min drive to airport. You could Uber or rent a car. We had a rental car but only used it to go to store *Has plenty of towels and linens *Don't bring a bunch of clothes. Bring beach bum clothing! No need for anything else *It is very rare I give a 5-star. If it were on the beach, it would be a 5-star. We had six adults and did not even use the lower unit. PLENTY of room ***This does not really pertain to home, but some people ask me "Fort Myers or Siesta Key?". We actually prefer Siesta Key to Fort Myers, especially if you stay in Siesta Key Village. Outside of that, nothing more to add.

Three generations shared this wonderful home for Spring Break 2018. We had a wonderful time and would book this home again!!!

This is our second year staying at this house. We love the house and the location its at (I just miss the sound of the waves at night). Having our own private pool is heaven! It has all the amenities you need for your stay!

Was disappointed to find all living area was on 2nd floor which ment a long flight of steps every time we went out. (Bad hips and knees not grateful for this) weather was cool, so was pool, but pool keeper turned up the heat and the weather warmed for our last two days so we were able to enjoy. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was so soft one couple moved downstairs to the apartment to a firmer bed. Great home! And toilet paper, paper towels and spices in the kitchen were a welcomed touched. When I had a question David replied promptly.

The owner has thought of everything! Beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon to carry everything are all supplied. It is a very short walk to the beach and to Time Square. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The house is beautiful and beautifully furnished. The beds had high end mattresses and were really comfortable. It was really a perfect place to stay!!

Wonderful house in a fantastic location. My siblings (and our spouses) and my Mother surprised my father for his 60th birthday this past weekend in FMB. There were 8 of us in total and we needed somewhere to stay and this was ideal. It was an easy walk to our favorite restaurants/bars downtown (and even on the other side of the bridge at Bonita Bill's) and even closer to the beach. The back patio is the perfect place for all of us to hang out. The owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the stay. Would highly recommend for any family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home while you visit FMB.

The place was wonderful. Very nice and updated and am excited to see the final renovations in the lower level. Very quick walk to times square and the beach. We found ourselves hanging out back by the pool a lot (which was different from last year staying in a condo on the beach). The house comes stocked with pretty much everything you need except for food! The lower level is like its own little house somewhat disconnected from the upper level which can be nice for a second smaller family. We would definitely stay again! It was great!
