Great property to rent. We enjoyed the location. The rental property was clean and ready upon our arrival.

I dont know where to start but I guess Arriving the wrong day to my cottage was the worst feeling ever on the first day of vacation . I had booked for the week after the days I arrived I immediately called the contact number on the email JUAQUIN answer and I explained I had booked the wrong days and if his home was available for wed-friday and he said someone was there that day , he contacted some of his friends that also own homes out there in Port isabel to see if their homes where available but sadly they weren't.. I told him it was fine and that I was still looking so my family and I went to chill at the beach and same time i was looking for a place to stay . I get a call back from JUAQUIN and he tells me Daisy are you still looking I'm like yessss 🙏 Juaquin tells me that the family that was staying there was checking out but that he would have to go clean the house himself and that it would be ready around 8pm .. I told him that would be perfect juaquin & his wife drove to get the house clean for us . He checked on us and made sure we had a good stay and gave us access to all everything this neighborhood offered like pool, and the gate to go in. This place is located in a perfect spot had a outdoor pool and and inside pool which are pretty big and clean .. I was only 7 minutes from spi which as perfect for day activities, at night I was able to enjoy some cold ones with my kids while fishing till 3am off our patio alot of catfish n some other kinds (live bait store is just around the corner ), this home also has 2 kayaks which was awesome to do right off your patio . Clean, awesome location, any adult or seniors or kid will enjoy . I can't wait to book again this exact home. Thank you to owner juaquin & his wife for making it happen 🙏 can't wait to book again.

Bed was less than acceptable.

Well this was one for the memories. We arrived the day before the Texas winter storm of 2021. The house is adorable and the location was amazing. The storm caused massive power and water outages on the island. This house did however keep a constant low trickle of water throughout the storm. We were thankful to be able to flush the toilets. All appliances worked great minus the outages. The owner was amazing with communication when I had questions about the length of outages. My elderly parents were with us and enjoyed this location as well. The kids enjoyed the deck and watching the massive fish , birds and turtles on and near the Long Island village resort. We will return! Thanks again❤️

We love this house and place. We stayed in SP hotels before but this time chose something more private. We love this village, views are great as a described. The property manager was very helpful. We came after 4pm and couldn't check in because office was closed on weekends, but property manager responded immediately and gave us access. We'll come again.

This property is great! It was very clean, cool, and comfortable. It's on a canal so we were able to fish, but also close enough to the Intercoastal to see boats and barges go by. It is located in a nice quiet area of the resort with easy walking distance to pools, put put, basketball, tennis, and more. The only drawback would be the oddly shaped second bedroom which makes it difficult to use the trundle bed, but there is a couch and a futon for additional sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay here!

My family of four vacationed for about a week. Each time we arrived "home" we were greeted with the peaceful deck overlooking the bay. There was never a time that we were unhappy. No loud parties were a distraction. The pool is amazing too! The home was perfect for us. We will definitely be visiting again.

Would rent again if ever back in Port Isabel

I would recommend this resort area to anyone. Very quiet.

We enjoyed the ocean front porch.

The house was clean, and supplied with everything we needed. The porch overlooking the water was a great place to hang out. But, we were not happy about having to pay an extra fee (which is far too much) at check in for use of community pool, etc. We were not interested in using any of them, and that is an exceptionally high fee even if we had been. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Other than the hidden $80!fee, the facility was excellent. I’ve use VRBO 5 or 6 yrs before they started the 3rd party rental. 3rd party are for birds !!!!

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and picked a perfect rental for such an occasion. The house exceeded our expectations and keno was on top of all my communication with him. We will be back and have already referred friends and family to stay here. We brought out boat and really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, James & Celia Campbell

This profile is the exact the view we saw every night at sunset. It was beautiful. The owners are very nice responsive people. They answered our questions within minutes via text and gave us great advice on a good seafood restaurant. It was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Lots of space. I would highly recommend!!!!

The property was great! I would rent this unit again. The second bedroom is tiny however and so our extra person slept on the sofa. Clean and plenty of extra towels and blankets!

We enjoyed our time immensely. The house was clean and well furnished. Our family of six stayed comfortably. We had to call about a couple of questions and the owner couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Well kept, extremely clean, well stocked, roomy cottage. We enjoyed great views and a relaxing time here. The master bed was very comfortable and it's like everything was thought of to make the trip comfortable. The pool area was nice as well. Withing walking distance of the cottage and the beach is just a very short drive away.

Plenty of space for us and privacy from neighbors. Quite community and close to South Padre Island. Definitely book again.

Everything was just as described. Nice, will do it again! The owner was very accessible and accommodating. House everything you need for a week at the beach.

Would highly recommend this beautiful home to all our friends. Perfect location. Comfortable beds and clean. The kitchen was perfect and we made several meals. It sits right on the water which was refreshing for our early mornings and late evenings spent gazing at the vibrant water. It is also literally just across the bridge from South Padre which is perfect for a short ride to the beach. I feel that the owners have put tons of thought into the comfort of our stay. Would visit again and will recommend to our friends and family. Definitely feeling relaxed!
