Great rooms, breakfast and personal. There is nothing about that place that is not great. And the price makes it one of the best value for money hotels I have been at.

Great location, with a beautiful view of Madonna. Close to ski lift. Spacious, with two rooms and clean bathroom with bath. Comfortable mattresses, amazing view from balcony. Good choice during breakfast, professional and nice staff. Small/medium dogs allowed (hotel must be notified before arrival).

Great location, free parking, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, live entertaintment in the restaurant and in the bar, close to restaurant, shops and you could literally go straight in to the slopes from just outside the door.

Bed was a little too hard for my liking, (though my husband thought it was perfect) and i wish there were a little more vegetarian options for dinner at the hotels restaurant.

we couldn't get to the sauna. Sauna was but with a reservation but we had no information about that.

Very helpful staff, helped us with parking accommodations when we went into the mountains for a couple of day. Breakfast with broad choice of good and fresh products.

Stayed in a single room and it was great. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Also the free underground parking that gives direct access to the hotel was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location may be super for someone who loves ski-ing but for someone who loves doing terrassses in the town centre it may be quite a challenge to get back to the hotel due to the steep road.

Very nice hotel, well located (a few meters from the lift of Pradalago), "equipped" with nice views and very-very good restaurant.

If you book thru a discount site like this one, you will be given a second rate room and treatment. For example we were given a parking lot view room in low season when better rooms were available. Only after requesting, we were moved to an ok room on the 1st floor above the children playground. And this was my birthday weekend and I had expressed a desire to have something special. We were booked for 2 nights June 11-13 and had also booked for an extra room for my twin sister. So in effect it was like a 3 night stay. Personnel is not so friendly! Pool is small and jacuzzi warm not hot. Breakfast was disappointing. We were never offered eggs but we heard the waiter offering to prepare eggs to another couple. We were seated in the worst pre-assigned table in the dining area by the wall even though other seats were available in a well lit area by the window!!! I felt like a second-rate guest!
