La qualité des chambres et l’emplacement

Nous avons stationné notre voiture sur un parking recommandé par l’hôtel dans les messages sur Booking.com une fois la réservation faites, notre voiture a été enlevé par la fourrière le dimanche matin car un marché a lieu tous les dimanches. Nous n’avons pas fait attention au mot dans l’ascenseur le stipulant. Il faudrait que le réceptionniste le mentionne aux clients lors du Check In,

We parked one block away from the hotel and the next morning when we went to pick up our car we found out that it had been towed because there was a farmers market there every Sunday. The problem is that this is a recurring problem with the hotel guests as we later found out by the police. In addition, a taxi driver who drove us to the car lot who informed us that he drives customers of the hotel there literally every Sunday. This event ruined our day and we barely managed to retrieve our car before they closed for 2 days. The hotel is also aware of that and to address this it has just put a note on the reception. They could instead inform customers when they check-in not to park there. The only bright spot is the receptionist who really helped us with the problem.

The property is really well located, close to a lot of restaurants, coffees and pubs. Walking distance from a lot of attractions of the city and only 20 min walking from the train station. The staff is super friendly!

Dirty public hairs in bed, used bedding. Sticky carpet. Room stank I had to sleep with door open
