This is the 2nd year we stayed in rental and would highly recommend it.

Our first 48 hours we had no air conditioning. We were
told maintenance would come the first day. They never came and the property never contacted us. We reached out again. The maintenance staff tried their best. Ultimately we had to move to another condo and spend more time packing and moving during our vacation. Very disappointed in the property management and lack of communication.

Condo room was really nice and spacious. It was updated and cleaned just as advertised. Nice location and safe complex inside gates.

The condo we rented was very nice.
Minimal cookware but we ate out mostly. Vacuum available, would have liked a simple broom for easy clean ups. Beds were VERY firm.
Perfectly located near pool and fitness room.
Appeared very clean and was spacious.
We would definitely rent this unit again!

Condo was very spacious WOW was amazed. Housekeeping had missed/overlooked “several” things we didn’t make a big deal but could have.
Did not like the internet having to be turned on as well as tv service, washing machine made a bad noise and it was terribly hot in unit and we were allowed to turn down under 72 which was too hot for us.
The condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff was super at the front desk and guest services. Thumbs up to Blake, Mary and Steven!
We would return to Vista Cay !

The property is perfect for seaworld and universal close enough to go back and forth if you want to break the day up. We went to the parks in the morning, came back for a quick nap/swim and returned to the parks in the evening.

We asked for another bar of soap for tha bathrooms and were told we were only allowed one bar of soap. Only complaint. Everything else was great.

Great place, better than the pictures and very convenient to sea world and universal! Very roomy and had everything we needed. Started to give less than 5 stars cause the master king bed was not the best sleeping mattress and it had been mentioned before. But I got over it since everything else was great.

Very clean, convenient, good trail around pond, great pool, no information for pets' charge on the list ($25 per night), no pepper & salt for breakfast.

First off the resort is huge. Beautifully maintained and excellent location. Room was huge as well and very clean. I would rate it 5 stars no question BUT I can't. The mattresses are horrible. Should of been thrown out years ago. Its like sleeping on a board. Actually a board would be more comfortable cause it wouldn't have a permanent sag in the middle. Ended up sleeping on couch the whole trip. PLEASE CHANGE THE MATTRESSES OUT ALREADY!!!!!!!! It's the only reason I would not return.

We booked the trip as a delayed birthday trip and enjoyed the property tremendously. The entire process was easy and the property was perfect.

Condo was nice and spacious, extremely clean. Had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip to celebrate a friend's birthday.

There were probably 20+ parties in the se situation, all just waiting in the lobby or by the pool. Went to wait at the pool and could not get a towel from any employee (towels are in your room they said....lol but we had no access to a room smh). Pool bar was cash only.

There was a leak in our master bathroom. Water coming in wall and also wet carpet in living room from the leak. I was disappointed that the kitchen was not well stocked with dishes, pans, mugs etc. We were happy with everything else.
