staff were cold and seemed not bothered except male manager no coffee after dinner. 20.30 empty so bed not a drink available. cold atmosphere!!

Nice big room with terrace, there is a refrigerator and a water heater to prepare coffee/tea. Breakfast was ok. Location is great for being in nature, within a forest and next to a park with deers. Not such a great idea to get there by bicycle.

Great location within forest, calm, close to the animals you could feed with kids and not far away from very nice playground. The main room was big and well equipped. Good breakfast.

The hotel couldn't respect our booking and we had to cancel half of our stay and search for another accommodation during busy holiday season. Despite that the change was due to the request of the hotel, we were charged additional 30€ per each night. Our request to keep price per day from original booking was ignored. Kids bedroom was dusty beside the bed (and under beds in both rooms). The room was prepared for 2 guests despite beeing booked for 4. Terrace was filthy (you could not use chairs and sticky disgusting table). Wasps made it impossible to open windows and aerate the rooms. Only one person spoke some basic English so it was hard to communicate in case of problems.

The location is good and ideal for a stopover on the way back to the uk with kids

We were not in the main building and where we were was freezing cold. It did warm up eventually but was very cold at first. The breakfast was not as good as when we previously stayed. It felt like everything post covid, worse service and everything on a budget for more money for the customer.

Room was super big, clean nice. Balcony huge with great view. Wonderful area. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast is good.

Beautiful surroundings right inside a small wild animal park - deer, wild boar, peacocks all living “next door”. Very friendly staff. A bit overpriced but overall good experience.

Great location, absolute quietly located in the forrest in a well known area for hiking, 10 minutes south of Koblenz. Large room and bathroom, so clean and new, probably just renovated and refurbished in the last months. Lovely breakfast, in fact more than I could eat for dinner AND breakfast.

Only the WiFi didn't work well in my room

Lovely position in the centre of the forest, with deer park opposite and plenty of walks from hotel. Breakfast very extensive selection of items, good quality. Restaurant open all day, last orders by 8pm. Menu includes interesting game dishes.

Staff very friendly and helpful but no English spoken.

very quiet, just in the wild zoo, suitable for the families with small children.
