The location / Laura and Juan from reception who helped sort out the issues we were facing / the kids club activities .
The housekeeping is terrible , they barely make the beds and leave the rest as is : dust on the floors and furniture, they also never clean the bathroom sinks or used glasses / the sofa bed is in horrible condition and squeaky , it can barely tolerate a toddlers weight / the staff is overall rude specially the reception and pool staff , it’s almost like they have instruction to interact with guests in a hostile manner / our room had an issue with the Ac which was resolved after two days and one sleepless night and many calls to the help center / the colony of ants on the bedroom Floors comming out of every door corner /

Le buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel agréable et super professionnel. Les infrastructures au top.
Les soirées organisées et activités au top. L'emplacement au top.
Nous avions demander lors de la réservation 1 lit double et nous avons eu 2 lit simple collé c t pas le top. Mais c'est 1 petit bémols. Sinon la literie était super confortable.

The rooms, particularly the bathrooms are a bit old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. The “wheelchair accessible” bathroom had a walk in shower but the bathroom door itself was too small to wheel in

Estamos muy feliz de haber conseguido este Grupo de Hoteles, pasamos un par de días estupendos, todos los servicios así como la ubicación perfecta, soy una persona celiaca y la atención del personal de la cocina y del salón fue muy buena, estuvieron atentos siempre a mis desayunos y cenas. Recomiendo este hotel al 100%, las noches muy agradables con una chica que canta y hace ameno el sitio, hasta bailamos jajaja, de veras que estoy muy agradecida con todos los servicios, valió la pena y regresaremos de nuevo pronto.

I’ve been going to that hotel for years now but this time I had one of the worst rooms you could get not the room itself but the noise early in the morning with people and lorries room number 2186 wouldn’t have that room again but apart from that everything was great thanks

The triple room was really small with no room between beds. The first time i stayed we were in a double and it was fine for 2 people. Cocktails were premixed and not the best but ok

well maintained, lovely gardens, very clean everywhere. good choice at breakfast. very clean rooms, comfy beds. helpful and friendly staff.
the queues at the bars both by the pool and inside where long most of the time. the cocktails were of pour quality from a machine that has then already made.

Excellent breakfast and pool side bar was pleasant. The gardens are beautifully kept. Perfect location for the beach and near the lift up to the old town.

the security of the hotel
The shower kept going ridiculously hot suddenly to the point my skin was red raw! The breakfast was made with really cheap ingredients and I couldn’t eat it as it tasted of chemicals aka the orange juice!
I requested a double bed and they gave me two beds pushed together to the point my other half found himself fallen down the centre repeatedly!
The hallways was so loud all the time.
If I was staying here more than a weekend I would of asked for my money back!
